Overall not the best pillow for the money. I've had several original Pillo1 pillows and decided this time to order the side sleeper as I've been experiencing significant neck pain since my last Pillo1 wore out a year ago. I'm disappointed it's so small and gets lost or moves around too much on a king-sized bed. It's ok for side sleeping but if you roll to your back while sleeping it is uncomfortable. I wish I would have ordered the original Pillo1 for these reasons.

Hi Holly! Yes, the side sleepers not designed to sleep on your back, but rather only on your side. The Original design is for back and side sleeping, and that seems like something that you would prefer. This is my first side sleeper, which I bought for my couch because I can't sit up with my back issues. Better than others I've tried. My only wish is that it had a space for the ear, which gets sore. This is true of any pillow. So far, I'm liking it overall because I have broad shoulders and this pillow is tall enough to keep my neck level.

I have only used the pillow for a short time, but find it to be the most comfortable pillow I’ve ever had! My neck issues have not improved, but I’m sleeping better. Time will tell!

I got the softer option and it’s too soft, not enough support. I should have gotten the firmer option.

Pillow was horrible. After 4 hours, bad headache and neck pain. Attempts to contact the company were made, but no one care about customer service. $140 for this? Don't buy this product.

There is a slight smell to the pillow. I am hoping it will dissipate in time. I like the pillow but it is overpriced. There are similar ones that are $49 which are as comfortable.
