I was accidentally charged customs duty on my item despite the page saying that all extra fees and taxes were paid by the seller. I got in contact with Pigsback and Courtney, the Customer Services Manager, was quick to reply and assist me in the matter and made sure that I got this fee refunded as soon as possible. I would recommend Pigsback as the customer service is quick, efficient, and trustworthy.

My disappointment is compounded with a refusal on the part of Pigsback to even respond to my questions on the issue. The problem has been identified. Pigsback were paid si it was my attempt to get the voucher by logging into pigsback where the voucher could not be located. The voucher has been located on secret escapes which of course is owned by pigsback.

I always find the Customer Service really friendly, efficient and helpful when it comes to Pigsback. Similar to other times I've had issues with orders and wanted to return the replies have been also immediate and detailed, plus the resolution has been what I requested in a quick time frame. I had a problem with a voucher going out of date and the Empathy customer service executive Ashling was extremely helpful - I got the issue addressed with the seller at Ashling’s suggestion but she had also offered a generous partial refund thru a coupon which was very generous as the problem was mine. Great service
