Game changer
What an effective and easy to use system! Never has a VAT claim been this easy. Wish every retailer used it. Lots of prompting helped so much. Maggie was a star, so super helpful and friendly!

A Traveler's Best Friend for VAT Refunds
I don't usually write review, but Pie VAT deserves a shoutout. Just used Pie VAT in Copenhagen, and it's a game-changer! The app is super easy to use, and I claimed my VAT refund with just a few taps. And shoutout to their awesome staff member Maggie for being super friendly and helpful. Great service! My request was incomplete so I was contacted by an employee via chat to submit missing document and it was then processed very fast and she was very nice! I would be glad if more sellers offered a direct VAT refund via this app!

Quick and easy
Quickly got my refund after getting receipts stamped at customs near the airport check-in counters. Pretty easy and fast! Just follow the steps on the app.
There was a sight hiccup because one of the stores I purchased something from entered an additional item into the Pie system, but Maggie at customer service helped sort it out and was responsive about the issue.

Great app
Great app. Very easy to follow and I can easily get my tax refund. No need for any physical work of going to the airport or train station and scanning your items or going to a booth or kiosk to talk to a person. Customer service is also great, very responsive, helpful and thorough! Highly recommended.
