Took my money within seconds. 3 weeks ago! No answer to my messages querying despatch. When I cancelled and asked for my money back NO answer! Thieves and charlatans.

I was just about to order 4 school bags but having read the reviews there is no way I will order any at all. Thank you very much for your reviews here. It is a shame because my nephews and niece had already chosen the colors and were excited about having them.

I wished I’d read all the reviews before I bought my wallet! The ad said from payment it would be posted within 5 days ....more like 55 days and when I sent an email asking why the delay I never received a reply. My wallet arrived 7 weeks after I purchased it and as it’s only just arrived and after reading the reviews I’m not holding out much hope that it will last . I will never buy from this company again.

Shocking quality.
I have bought three bags from Pierrrebuy and each bag has come apart within a couple of months. On the first, the zip came away from the body of the bag. On the second - a small cross the body bag I had to stitch the clasp together as the bag literally came away from the strap. On the third, the back pack straps have separated from the top of the bag because of shoddy stitching. Their products are based on good concepts, but are badly made and shocking quality. I wrote to them to ask for a replacement bag after the first one split - with the receipt, and was refused. Do not bother with this company. I depend on a good bag for my work, and have been disappointed. Big Promises Major let down.

The first few times I ordered from them it was smooth sailing, I went all out on a leather purse and that's when I had the problem, they shipped it so they say to Pennsylvania, I have no associations in Pennsylvania. I live in Alabama.
I was prepared, I take screenshots of everything, every order, every number, every payment. Yet I still have not been reimbursed, there is no way that I can find to get in touch with these people, only the pre written message on their emailS.

Horrible customer service!! Poor quality.

Ordered the Women Waterproof Large Capacity Oxford Shoulder Bag Handbag Crossbody. The shoulder strap broke the first day I used the bag. The clasp is PLASTIC and is not strong enough to support the weight of the bag & it’s contents.

Contacted customer service twice and it took days before they responded. My bag was past their return date and all they offered me was a 20% discount on a future order. I declined. I WILL NEVER order from them again.

I can honestly say I have got no complaints with this company I must have been lucky, I ordered a pink purse but after 12 days I received a blue one I emailed the company but after reading the reviews didnt hold out much hope,
I was asked to send a photo of the blue one, and lo and behold today I have received a pink purse with no charge, Im well pleased and can only revommend them.

I ordered a purse which has never arrived. Pierrebuy took my money, but I have never received the purse. I have emailed and messaged the company many ways but have received no response whatsoever.
The tracking shows the purse has never arrived in the UK.
Do not use this company as they do not fulfill orders after taking your money and do not respond to any emails or messaging at all.

I bought a bag advertised as "genuine leather " it is in fact PU. Numerous emails but no response. Don't buy from these

I read all those horrible reviews after ordering and became worried, but I have nothing to complain about the purchase. Delivery wasn't super-fast, but it was expected. I'm happy with the price and quality of the bag I received. It's lightweight and roomy, the color is pretty, and the soft and shiny nylon fabric is actually better than it looked in pictures. If I need a new bag for everyday use or travel, I'll probably buy from this site again. I paid about $25, and something similar costs over $300 at Tumi.

I ordered a purse ages ago. Never recieved it. I messaged them on numerous occasions. They kept telling me to wait longer on each reply. Tgey offered my a voucher that i declined as i wanted my money back. They have now blocked me so i cant message them. DO NOT BUY from this company. They have taken my money.

Ordered a backpack with a 10% discount. Bag arrived a week later. There was a seam cut part way through and a whole line of seam missing where it looks like the thread had been pulled (all by the zip), came with stains which customer service said I could wipe away. I've since been trying to get a refund and in the process offered me a 15% discount the first time I got in touch with them and then another email offered me a 10% discount. After I said I wanted a refund they sent me another bag. The funny thing is I found what looks like a bag in their range for 150% less on Ebay! Do a search for anti-theft backpack, prices from what I can see start at 8.99 and not the 25 I paid.

I've since opened a dispute via "Resolution Center" requesting a refund via PayPal!

The material isn't that bad but the zip is a very cheap quality and wouldn't hold up to much and reading all the reviews I'm right! People reporting that their zips broke within a month of use.

I received several items over a year. For the most part happy with products. On my last order I did not receive the discount and emailed them, nothing. Received the item and it was the wrong color, again emailed them and again no response. 0% customer service so buyer beware.

I ordered a bag from them and I must say I received it quickly and was delighted with it however after 3 months the strap frayed away and was left useless. I contacted customer service again quick with response but wouldn't do anything about it as they said it was 3 months since I ordered the bag. Seriously 3 months i would have expected it to last longer than that. They did offer a discount coupon but i wouldn't order from them again.

Absolute scam. I saw an off brand backpack on it that I thought looked really cute and was advertised as around £36 but on sale for £24 (not exact prices but close enough that you get the idea) and I checked the Trustpilot to see it was on the up and up and saw loads of people saying they got ripped off. Based on that I had a look for the backpack I wanted on eBay and found it being sold by a Chinese seller for £11. That's a mark up of over double and yet they advertised it as on sale. Avoid like the plague.

Just ordered a backpack for $27.90 CAD, but $38.88 was taken out from my account. I emailed and DMed them to ask for the $10.98 back, or a full refund, and have received no reply as of yet. Even with the 10% discount I received, the bag was no where near almost $40. Very frustrated, and since I'm a student I cannot afford to be overcharged. Should've looked at these reviews first. Will update review if contacted by Pierrebuy.

Took over a month to get here. Cheap plastic lining. I got crossover bag and snap in part you put phone in broke in 3 days, snap the clises bag kept popping open leaving all my credit cards exposed and zipper broke in change section. I wrote to their customer service twice and got no reply. Met a woman at yard sale with same one and she had to remove her phone cover to make it fit. Horrible purse. No wonder they are trying to give them away, but not before I hot ripped off.

I bought a handbag from Pierrebuy and after two or three uses the lining frayed and came away from the leather casing. I certainly wont be buying from them again.

That should be zero stars and I should have read the reviews first. I cancelled order for two items by email within minutes of placing it, but Paypal payment had been taken and I had no response so I emailed twice more. Still no response. I then received an email to say one item had been despatched and arrived from China after 2 weeks. The quality is appalling and the zips are faulty. There has been no mention whatsoever of other item. There is a returns policy on website but no return address. I emailed requesting a full refund but doubt I will hear anything. Fraudsters. Do not use this rip-off company. I've learned my lesson.

I purchased a bag from them which took around a month to arrive. by then i had already left for a holiday that i wanted the bag for and the item was returned to sender.
I have emailed them 6+ times since then to try and get the bag i purcahsed without any respose at all.
Total waste of money and terrible customer servcie.
