THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM!!!

I seriously wish I could give this company zero stars. I ordered a back pack from here over a month ago and have yet to hear any word of it shipping. No one answers the customer service emails and if they do they will just say “This item is out of stock atm we will let you know when we have it again” I’ve demanded a refund and no one answers back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE. I wish I could do more but there is no phone number and it’s hard when they don’t answer emails either.

Just No

I'm gonna tell it like it is, avoid this site all all cost! They deserve no stars. What a waste of my time and money. 31 dollars down the drain honestly. I order from them and never got the order or even my refund. Oh and good look trying to contact them because spoiler alert no one is going to reply to you back! SH!T website and a bunch of SCAMMERS. Please, if you are reading this thrust the negative reviews and save yourselves from unnecessary problems.

IT IS A TOTAL SCAM! STAY AWAY!

I saw an add of PierreBuy on Instagram and after looking over their website and seeing the different options they have, I decided to order a large grey backpack on July 25th. It is now August 16th and I have yet to receive an email saying that my item has shipped. It still shows that my item is awaiting shipping but it has been that way since I ordered the item weeks ago. I did email customer service on August 3rd in hopes of getting an answer as to why my item has not been shipped and they had informed me that my item was "out of stock," but when I emailed them again regarding the time it will take to get the item back in stock, they never responded. I have already emailed them 4 times since placing my order and they never reply. I am frustrated with the website and the customer service associated with it. I should have done my research before purchasing my item; however, it should not take this long to even ship the item in the first place. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SHOP ELSEWHERE!

Shop elsewhere!

As other reviewers have stated, the quality is poor & customer service is non-extistant. I purchased a handbag/backpack & loved it, until the zip broke (after only a few uses). I emailed the Service team and they asked for a video of the fault & they then agreed to replace the bag & then I heard nothing else from them. No replacement bag ever arrived & they stopped responding to my emails. I contacted them via FB & still no outcome. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE AGAIN.

Rubbish company

Poor quality bag split after a few days use. Despite several emails to them and sending photos they made no response. Better quality bags in Primark. Avoid this company. There is a group on Facebook for victims of Pierrebuy.

Bloody awful!

To be honest, the quality of the bag I purchased was awful and after less than 3 months use has pulled apart.
Despite having order number and receipt I have been refused a refund. I have been offered a voucher to use again; needless to say I haven't received the voucher and now my email and messages have been blocked.
Don't buy from this company - if I could give no (0) stars, I would!

Warning re Quality

The quality of the handbag I ordered and received was awful. Not as shown in the online catalog. The handbag when placed on the shoulder or cross-body tilted forward and was uncomfortable. The stitching was not up to par. I had already worn it for one day and could not send it back. According to other reviews, it would have been hard to send it back had i not worn the bag. I donated the handbag to Goodwill.

Unhappy Customer

I am highly dissapointed with Pierrebuy.

I have ordered and PAID for a purse on 18 May 2019 already, and TO DATE have not received my purchase.

I have followed up with the local post office every second day WITH NO SUCCESS!!!!!!!!!!

I have also communicated with Pierrebuy on various occassions and STILL NO PURSE in sight.

If you do not live in the same country DO NOT BUY ANYTHING form them.

My daughter ordered items from WISH beginning of July 2019 and she has received her items YESTERDAY.

This company is as fake as the word…

This company is as fake as the word itself. Please be aware and never ever buy items from again. I stupidly made two orders about three weeks, unfortunately their website is showing that one of the orders have been partially shipped with no further information when to expect the remaining balance on that order. Then the second order i was told items are out of stock. I have tried to reach them via email several times in the past few days to no avail.
I am so disappointed and frustrated. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY THING FROM THIS FAKE WEBSITE - PERIOD! THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS!

BEWARE OF PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY...
I PURCHASED A BAG AND WAS NOT HAPPY WITH IT.
I CONTACTED PIERREBUY COUNTLESS TIMES THROUGH THEIR EMAIL AND MESSAGING THEM THROUGH FB. I HAD NO PROBLEM WITH PAYING THE RETURN SHIP AND THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE ADDRESS TO RETURN THE BAG TO. THEY SENT ME RIDICULOUS EMAILS AND MESSAGES AND GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND AND HAVE NOW BLOCKED ME ON FACEBOOK. THE QUALITY OF MY ITEM WAS NOT GOOD AND THE MEASUREMENTS WERE WRONG.

Wet and Mouldy

I bought a bag at the beginning of June that I wanted to use as a hand luggage bag for my holiday I was leaving on the 12th if hunt for.
All up I paid roughly $55 for shipping and the bag itself.
By the 1st of July I gave up hope and went out and bought another from my local target because after nearly a month of waiting I really thought it just wasn’t going to show.
On the 31st of July (when I was still on my holiday) the parcel finally arrived. I asked my dad to open it and check it out and I was not impressed. The bag was soaking wet and covered in mould, the zips were faulty and a part on the inside was ripped.

After spending that much money on a bag, I expect a lot better.

no refunds or exchange

Only order if you are willing to waste your money on faulty goods. Ordered large backpack. Zips were faulty and lost several items from bag as did not realise walking around with open bag. They asked me to send a video to explain what is wring with bag. Got email back saying nothing wrong with the bag because the zips move. Yes they move too much on their own. Kept trying to get further contact advising they were breaking consumers rights etc as the bag was faulty. They just ignore your email and you can not get a refund or exchange

It's a shame I have to give any stars…

It's a shame I have to give any stars at all. This company is a disgrace. They send faulty goods and then won't refund or exchange. They use Messenger to communicate (Did I say Communicate?) and send an auto reply saying they are looking into my order. They messed about for over 3 months and then said I had taken too long to ask for a refund or replacement But out of kindness would offer 25% refund. I pursued a full refund and 7 months later (I did try!) they simply ignored me. They have no morals, absolutely no customer service, and they simply do not care! I'd love to post the full transcript of my messenger comms but there is simply not enough space here.

Customer Service for problems is NON-EXISTANT.

The product themselves is very good, I was happy with the backpacks that I received that were correct to my order. However, they sent me the wrong color as well as SIZE for one of the backpacks, unfortunately it was the one my son was hoping to use for school. Even if he let go of the wrong color, it is still much too small for any practical school use. After sending multiple e-mails and also posting on their facebook page, I got absolutely ZERO response as to how to remedy this simple problem! Now it seems that we are stuck with the wrong product that costed less than what I paid for. And I will have to still have to go shopping for a usable backpack for my son! Very frustrated!

I ordered a Casual Crossbody Bag on the…

I ordered a Casual Crossbody Bag on the 17th July, 2019 and also received an order confirmation. For the past 3/4 days i have been trying to track my order but the status remains the same i.e. ' Awaiting Shipping'. Tried to email but yet again no response. Its a shame really to think that these people are able to cheat its customers again and again. So my advice is please please do not buy anything from this site.

Do Not buy from this company at all

Do Not buy from this company at all. I purchased 2 large purses for presents, that were not cheap in the first place. I received a card from Royal Mail advising that they have my parcel but I needed to pay a customs charge of £12.75 before they would deliver my parcel. I emailed Pierrebuy about this and got no response. So I had to pay to get my parcel. I continued to email when I finally got a response telling me not to pay the charge. I emailed back informing them that I had paid it to get my items and that they need to reimburse me. I'm still waiting for a response and reimbursing. The purses are not a good quality either, so unable to pass on as presents either. Expensive experience

WORST COMPANY EVER.

WORST COMPANY EVER.

I ordered off of the site Pierre Buy after seeing a bag I liked and ordered it on June 27, 2019 for over $50 dollars (not to mention the shipping costs) and guess what? IT STILL HASN'T ARRIVED. It is July 27 as I write this, and even after countless emails i sent to their "service email account" I got no reply!

Save your money, and don't buy from them EVER. I wish I hadn't wasted my hard-earned cash but lesson learned.

RIP OFF, SCAM, Shabby products if you ever receive them

Ordered a RFID wallet and small purse on July 10th. The wallet arrived today. Quality is obviously lacking. Zippers do not close all the way, stitching is shoddy & will not hold/last very long. One zipper compartment is upside down. When the wallet is closed, the zipper is at the bottom instead of top. If you put anything into that compartment, you will need to turn wallet upside down to prevent any contents from spilling out. It is NOT genuine leather! Very disappointed that I wasted money on this. Wish I had read reviews before ordering. If I had, I would have NEVER placed an order. Still no word on whether the purse has shipped. Reading reviews, I won't hold my breath that it ever will or that I will ever see a refund for the purse not received.
