Ordered from Piercing Mania so many times, always received quickly, easy to deal with, prices very reasonable, recently had an issue with the ball on my barbell piercing cracking, contacted them and a replacement was sent same day, really can't fault them, thank you :)

I ordered 2 belly bars, one of them being a cute dangly one and the other being just a normal titanium bar. The dangly one broke after just 2 days of use, and when i went to replace it with the normal one, both balls were extremely loose and the size did not match the description at all. I have now wasted about £30 on them, and they are awful quality.

Ordered a dermal top and when it arrived the jewelery style didn't sit vertically as it is meant to and not the way it is shown on the product photos. I contacted them straight away and said I wanted to return it or swap for an alternative. They said it was my fault because of the type of dermal anchor I have. I pointed out that it didn't say on the product description that it was only compatible with certain types (still unclear what the types of anchors are as it's not like I can take it out to check) I've had lots of dermal tops over the years and never had any issues. Woulve been happy with a replacement or return but they wanted me to pay for the return as well and wouldn't resolve the issue at all. Overall It was just a poor experience and I found them unhelpful and rude.
Feels like just another company trying to pass on costs to the customers 👎 I won't order from them again and will put my money into small businesses in future.

Cheap quality, and piercing won’t open easily and you can’t screw it back. The size doesn’t much the description not mention it arrived in cheap plastic bag. Tried to ask for return but they don’t accept until you send it on your own cost. Very cheap company with poor customer service. Won’t recommend buying from them.

I’ve bought many piercings from piercing mania and they’ve always been amazing quality, and as someone who reacts to certain metals i’ve never reacted to one of theirs! I also really love those yummy sweets they put with their orders 😍!

I bought a few tongue bars less than a month ago and unfortunately the actual logo came out of the socket! I emailed piercing mania about it and within 24/48hrs they had already sent me a replacement!!

They put so much thought and effort into their customer service it’s unreal!! Probably one of the only companies who cares about their customers!!

You’ll definitely be seeing more orders from me in the future!! ☺️x

Terrible service. I ordered a 4mm guage ring and received a 3.2mm. When I complained they asked me to send a picture of how I measured it (apparently didn't beleive me), which is sent; a picture of the ring held in a guage-measure showing the size received. I have yet to hear back from them - they're ignoring my emails and I have not had a replacement or refund, so I'm going to have to go to my bank to have the charge returned. Terrible service, terrible company. Don't order from them - I never will again.

I got a couple of nose studs from Piercingmania. The order came super quick like, way faster than I expected. They were packed nicely, nothing fancy but got the job done. The studs are really comfy, no irritation at all, and they actually stay in... I'm happy with them and I’ll probably grab a few more soon just to be safe.

I ordered a pair of studs for my daughter that were lost in the post. I emailed & spoke with Sanne who was so helpful & had another pair posted out to us. They arrived today & they are lovely. I couldn’t reccomended Piercing Mania enough. Hopefully these titanium studs don’t irritate my daughter like so many others, so I can order more. Thanks Sanne 😊

Unfortunately the earrings I bought were faulty. I contacted customer services and had a response immediately saying the earrings would be replaced. This was confirmed in a follow up email.
Fantastic service in a normally inadequate consumer world.
Just waiting on the replacement delivery. Hopefully these will be okay.

I will never buy from this company again their customer service is atrocious. I ordered an item they sent me the wrong item they send me a returns label and when I told them I didn’t have access to a printer they then expect me to go to the post office and pay for my returns myself and will reimburse later !! They advise they cannot book a collection on the Royal Mail website where a label is brought to the collection address this is 2025 and a normal practice of conduct with other companies. All of this going on and they can’t send my correct item.

Now been told due to complexity this has gone to a supervisor who can take 5 days to answer !

So I’m out of pocket and don’t have the product ordered and expected to wait 5 days for a supervisor totally unacceptable - they are very quick at taking money from your account !

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PARTING WITH ANY MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY - THEY DO NOT DESERVE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH !

One of the worse companies I've ever dealt with.
Delivery was delayed and had to be chased.
I returned the item the same day, unopened and not touched. THREE WEEKS LATER AND I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND. I have chased numerous times and have been told my refund is delayed because someone was off for a short time poorly!!
Now I'm being told it's delayed due to it's ""complexity"" and has been referred to a supervisor.
Totally unacceptable and the worse customer service I've experienced. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Would recommend, I returned items that were then lost in the post but Piercing Mania were very helpful. They sorted my problem and I got replacements. Thank you, as most places wouldn’t have bothered.

This is the 2nd time I've ordered from this site and both times it's been overall a great experience. The jewellery is great quality and is delivered quickly and well packaged

Amazing customer service, titanium nose and ear studs were a game changer for me as I react to everything else and platinum is too expensive. Pieces were affordable and well made. Will be buying from here in the future

Purchased a belly bar before Christmas as a present. Item was too small, seal wasn’t broken, followed return order instructions and sent off recoded/signed for delivery. 5 days I had the item returned to be with a note from Royal Mail saying ‘gone away’…have emailed numerous times and had no communication back. Terrible company - avoid at all cost !!
