Fantastic company and great service!! I ordered 2 pairs of plugs and a flat back bar for my helix piercing. I made a mistake in my order (I was flipping back and forth between styles and accidentally added the wrong sized plugs, didn’t notice until after I had placed the order) and the team were happy to swap them out for the correct size with no issues! They were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to resolve my error when they didn’t have to.
I really value and appreciate good customer service so I will 100% be a return customer. The jewellery is also excellent quality and looks exactly as advertised. 10/10!!

NOTHING BUT CHEAP MISLEADING JUNK
The products listing was highly misleading claiming to be titanium when it's plastic, yet the picture looks like metal, the size of the head of the jewel is hidden in the fine print and is miniscule and crushed when using medical forceps, the plastic bar wouldn't go through the pierced skin and kept bending and customer service simply pointed to their fine print and said, tough luck ... terrible quality jewellery with even worse customer service. NEVER BUY THIS JUNK!

Ordered 2 barbells
Ordered 2 barbells, was sent one as stock ran out, no back order, even though website said in stock then re ordered and was sent the barbell but the other 2 items I was sent something completely different, to their credit though they did straight away send the correct items so I did eventually get everything I was after but the process was extended a bit
