Wow - what a great and intuitive lightbox!

I just received my GemLightbox and was having an issue setting up the aerial part and positioning my long necklace l, color and pictures upload issues. Kevin was really responsive and called almost immediately after I entered in the chat I needed help. wow!! I didn’t expect this kind of support but was very happy it was available. All my questions were answered and I’m all set with my GemLightbox!! What an intuitive product, was able to add logo to pictures and video and reposition the logos. This saves us a lot of time from the regular macro photography- well done and well worth its price!

Customer service was above and beyond

Customer service was above and beyond! I received an ordered GemLightBox cracked on the interior, most likely due to shipping. They replaced my Light Box in a timely manner with tracking info as well. Best part was that I did not have to send back the broken Box, which saved this busy business woman the time it would have taken to do so. Much appreciated!!!

Quality Products with Attentive Customer Service

Light Box Power Cord Fix

I own almost all of the products made by Picup Media for jewelry photography and I do love them all. I had an issue with my light box regarding the lighting flickering all of a sudden out of nowhere. I emailed customer support and heard back relatively soon. They ended up trouble shooting internally and thought it might be the power cord so they sent me a new one which I paid for since this was out of warranty. It fixed the problem. Thank you for helping me so quickly!

I have 40+ years as a jewelry photographer, and this is by far the easiest and best way to photograph jewelry for the internet! It took me less than 5 minutes to create and post a video image on Facebook, IG, and on my website! This tool paid for itself within a week! 8 STARS!

GemLightbox has been a game-changer at our store!

I am very pleased with our GemLightbox. The quality of images and videos of our beautiful jewelry is unparalleled. In the past, we would use vendor-supplied photos of our pieces, and when that wasn't an option, we would hire a photographer to capture the brilliance in each item. Now, I take all photos for our website and advertising, as well as appraisals and inventory shots. It's easy to use and has a small footprint on my desk. I just can't say enough great things about this product!

Love the design and thought gone into…

Love the design and thought gone into this product. I have been messing around with cameras and different light boxes for years. Picup Media has simplyfied the process. This one I can use the app on my phone to make adjustments to the photos. I don't need to send them off. People love the videos! What is not to like about this product. It has made my life earier! Oh yes, Even better is the support staff. Help is not far away if you need it. They are fast and efficient. Wish all support was like Picup Media!

If you have an issue connecting to your turntable read the troubleshooting instructions carefully! It does work. The support team reached out to me on many occasions to help and I even got a phone call from Australia. My customers love seeing our "after videos". The GemLightbox has truly helped capture our jewelry beautifully!

A real gamechanger for our advertising

The app works great on my phone & has come out with some great updates in the short time I've been using it. Highly recommend the box & all attachments. they work amazingly.
