You should try to make known on your website when specific products are out of stock. I depend on framing my artwork in time for shows. All else has been great.

I really like the feature provided for seeing how a painting looks in a frame. It helps a lot with selecting the right frame.

The hardware to mount the frame to the canvas doesn't fit properly...I didn't even get 1/2 of a screw in to the wood stretcher and saw it was not going to work. So now I'm taking it to a framing shop to see if they can mount it in your frame. Thumbs down!

I had not hung up a picture of my wife after she passed on sept 2024. It was hard to see her so alive and yet not be here. Today April 30th I received both portraits I ordered. My image size is exactly 24"x36" and the preview of the uploaded image was not accurate to what I received. The image has my internal border below the mat. I was going for a flush look just to have mat cover the internal border so the image can fit cleanly. Seems I need to order another pair and downsize the custom size by half an inch

I guess i didn’t read enough that the frame doesn’t come with saw hooks to hang the picture frame. The frame is sturdy and nice. I had an issue with the cover and customer service assisted me with no problem. Overall great quality. Be careful with the actual picture because it folds and dents up pretty easily.

Frame was not as expected but the customer service was excellent fixing any issues.
