Great product and customer service
Great product and customer service! Ordered a custom framed & matted print. Great quality but the color of matting I’d chosen looked different in person than it had when I ordered online (tip for future: look at matting colors on different screens -phone, laptop,etc- before deciding). Customer service was prompt and offered a refund, and I re-ordered and got the color I was hoping for.

The whole order is wrong
The whole order is wrong. The MAT is a different size from the frame and falls out. The acrylic is smaller than the frame and MAT and is cut unevenly. This is for a show that I need by this coming Friday, and there is no way that this can be fixed in time. So far no response to my emails.
the only thing that is correct is the MAT opening for the print which does me no good because nothing fits. Very dissatisfied

This frame is laughably cheap looking for the price. It arrived terribly packaged. I felt bad for the poor fedex guy trying to hold the box together without pieces falling out. The acrylic piece came with a chipped corner. The hanging wire is WAY too small for the size of frame I purchased. Awful experience all around.

Order arrived damaged
The print arrived rolled up, which doesn't make sense for something so sturdy/thick. It's ruined and I would like a replacement. All you need to do is put this in an flat cardboard envelope, standard at any shipping facility.

Probably won’t be back
Probably won’t be back. QC is pretty bad. You shorted me on hardware. I just went and bought hanging wire bc the length you gave me was too short. When I tell you it’s 60wide and 30 tall, you can’t give me 40in of wire. Also I was short one setting screw so I went and hunted for that. Lastly, would it kill you to sand down the acrylic? I scratched a $400 print because you guys leave jagged edges. Really disappointed for the price.
