Late and damaged

I ordered thousands of dollars worth of furniture I was told it was same day delivery. I waited the times and was told they couldn’t make it they have to reschedule for five days later on the 5th day waiting all day again received a message stating they were switching again I was told I was the last delivery I waited up till 10pm the next morning I realized they still were not coming called again and was told they couldn’t come today either now the 7th day I have to wait till the next day and that is not guaranteed either,
This is so false advertising and a disgusting way to run a “ business “
The place I ordered my furniture from set the delivery up. ZERO stars.
This is the 2nd time the store I went to used this company the 1st time they were at my home hours later! that’s professional, that’s how you honor your business and show respect to customers. I asked for a manager and was told “there is no manager
“ that they never had me on delivery because they didn’t have anyone to bring it, but tomorrow they will. So the record messages they send back confirm the bold face lie the gentleman told me when I called last night 7/14/22 that I was the last delivery when in fact never was I the last order at all. Will pray my furniture comes tomorrow like they said AGAIN!!! From 2/6pm.
UPDATE: a gentleman reached out to say they were very sorry they couldn’t deliver my furniture on the 15th and would be the 16th.
They did honor the refund of my delivery fee my order did finally come on the 16 th
They literally DROPPED my dinning room set off the truck one driver attempted to roll my dining room set up my front porch steps as his co worker could not or did not want to assist him. My father, nephew and daughter watched in disbelief asking them if they knew what they were recklessly dropping they answered “no” .
Needless to say my dining room set was completely damaged. All I could do was laugh till I cried I couldn’t believe what they purposely did. Maybe because of this review? Maybe because I complained ? my same day delivery was a week late who knows !!
I was promised I would be made whole and a sincere apology was given and I believe the gentleman Austin who show deep concern and sincere condolences once I file a damage claim I pray they honor making me whole because now I have a dining room set sitting in my dining room damaged
It was a beautiful piece of furniture my children and I have been experiencing a extremely difficult life and this would be the 1st set we could all sit and eat together in 8 years. So the pain is beyond this damaged set. You crushed a family as well.

Horrible Experience. Avoid!

Horrible!! Do not use this delivery service avoid it at all costs. My delivery was rescheduled multiple times with my window extended from 4 hours to 10 hours. Company couldn't confirm when my delivery was coming. I still haven't received my delivery and I've been rescheduled twice!!

I asked them for a refund but the representative told me to call the store I got the furniture from and ask them for a refund. I was able to get half of my delivery fees refunded by the store I bought my furniture from. Terrible business. If I could give a zero I would.

By the way, the furniture I need is for my nursery and my baby is due in 10 days!

UPDATE: I was rescheduled yet again for the 5th or 6th time (totally lost count)! The store manager where I bought my furniture from personally delivered my item for me in his own truck so I could have it before my baby gets here in less than a week. PICKUP is a JOKE and their generic apology is laughable.

Not same day shipping.

I ordered my furniture yesterday afternoon. I was told my delivery would be delivered today 07/08/2022 by 8 pm. I was informed a driver couldn’t be dispatched. The person who called was very hard to understand and did not have any sense of sincerity as to the complication that my order is now being moved to Monday. Same day shipping….. Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. For the 180 extra dollars I spent for this service, this issue apparently does not refund any amount of my fee unless I go to pick the furniture up. So I’ll be renting a moving truck for 50 bucks and do it myself to now save $130.

Horrible company

Horrible company! We scheduled a table to be delivered on Friday. My husaband took off work at 12 to be at the house for the delivery. They called to say they were delayed and wouldn’t be here until 8pm. We had to cancel our evening plans to ensure we were home when the table was delivered. They cancelled at 7:30pm. Said they’d have to reschedule for Sunday and even then they couldn’t make any promises. They’ve already taken our money, so essentially they are thieves. Please don’t use this service. Definitely not worth your time or money.

Dissatisfied

Ordered an item from Big Lots and this same day delivery was an option so I chose it. Well they scheduled my delivery actually 3 days later. Waited all day and was told they were unable to deliver so rescheduled it for 3 days later. And again, delivery canceled at the end of day. Now it’s been rescheduled again to come next Monday (today is Friday). I asked the rep what would happen if it was canceled again and she just said, well I hope it doesn’t. That was all. No real help. Highly dissatisfied!

Waited 14+ hours - No communication. Bad service.

This service gave me a delivery window of 6am-10am, no one came or called. I called customer service many times but they said they had to call a dispatcher and would call me back, they never did. I waited all day. Finally I received a text at 1pm saying my delivery window was 2-6pm now. At 6pm, no delivery. I called again and was told the same thing. I had to call the store (Pottery Barn) to get any info (such as it had not been picked up yet). At 6pm I received a call from the driver that he was on his way. At 7:30 pm he then said he was at the store. They finally arrived around 8:30-9pm and then said they couldn’t get the sofa down the stairs so they would only leave it on the deck. I was able to move the sofa myself. Terrible experience. No real communication with customers. Useless customer service.

PickupNow delivered our Casper mattress…

PickupNow delivered our Casper mattress today. They were very professional and stayed in contact with us from advising us when they would be here, updating us that they were on the way and texting when they arrived. They were courteous and did an excellent job setting up our mattress and box springs. I highly recommend the team in Austin, TX.

They promise same day delivery and then…

They promise same day delivery and then they don’t make it same day yet offer no compensation for not delivering when they said they would. They were given over 24 hour notice of my
Building restrictions and still could not deliver in time. Will be filing a charge back as they lied. Then called and spoke to a rude supervisor

Poor service

I ordered from Big Lots and they use PICKUP as a delivery service. Despite me making 100% certain the correct apartment number was on address line 2 of my Big Lots order, the receipt from PICKUP did not have this info and i NEVER received my order.

Same day delivery is a joke.

I paid for same day delivery yesterday. Was told they were running late and would be there closer to the end of day window. Then a few hours later I get a text saying they can’t deliver and I have to reschedule. So I get it rescheduled for today 10-2pm. I get a call that now I’m being changed to an all day delivery window but there’s a change it won’t come today. I call because I want to see what’s going on. I’m told they don't have many drivers online to take deliveries but I’ll get a call back with an update (this guy was at least nice and helpful). Just got the call and there are still no drivers tagged for my order. I don’t see how you accept deliveries if you don’t have the staff to get it done. Now the Father’s Day gift for my husband has a really good chance of not being here in time. Absolute waste of time and terrible business practice. I’m hoping to get it today but extremely doubtful.

Update: I’m not getting the delivery and they hope they can deliver it Monday. If I ever see this company as a third party delivery service I will cancel the order from anywhere. This is absolute trash service. They take order when they’re already behind and don’t have enough contracted delivery drivers to deliver.

Delivery was scheduled for today well…

Delivery was scheduled for today well in advance between 8 am and 8pm but was rescheduled.

Update : I was contacted by someone from the company who explained me the situation. Was able to work with them and the delivery was made on time within the rescheduled window. I appreciate them reaching out to work with my schedule.

Unprofessional and unreliable

I would love to not even give any stars. They were very unprofessional and unreliable. My scheduled delivery did not come on 4 separate occasions as promised. There was no communication to me when the deliveries were not coming instead I had to sit and waste my time even taking off work on several occasions. I will never use this so called delivery service again!

I would leave zero stars if I could

I would leave zero stars if I could.
I was originally contacted by your service after setting up a delivery for a glider (recliner) on Saturday June 4th. The initial delivery window was between 2 and 6 PM. the email I received said the window needed to be extended to 8 pm as you were struggling to find drivers. A few hours later I was contacted again and told that there were no drivers for my area available and that you would have to reschedule my delivery for a later date. I was shocked when the customer service representative said that The soonest available time that would be CONVENIENT FOR THE DRIVER would be a week later. When planning for a new baby in the house, schedule matters a lot. My wife and I had plans the following weekend so it was a very inconvenient date. After talking to the staff at buybuy baby, who also got the same response from your sales associates, the conclusion was that the delivery would in fact have to be delayed a week because it was an inconvenience to your drivers.
The delivery was scheduled for today June 11 between 10 am and 2 PM. I received a phone call around 1 PM informing me that, yet again your service was struggling to find drivers. I called the store manager Janice at buybuy baby, who is a phenomenal Advocate for her customers and she took up the mantle of rectifying your failure. After Janice’s “ pleaded” with one of your delivery Drivers, one of them finally agreed to deliver the piece. It was delivered after 5 PM.
Our Delivery person Youssef did excellent job delivering The glider, setting it up in a timely manner and Be respectful of our home in my time. He shouldn’t in no way be reprimanded for anything. This complaint is not about the driver or the delivery people, it’s about your company failing to appreciate that when you set up a guaranteed delivery, that means that you stay good to your word and make that guarantee happen. you have failed in your single purpose to make deliveries on behalf of your customer buy buy baby(of whom I’m a customer). Your sales representatives did nothing to go out of their way, even after I explicitly asked, to try harder or reschedule another delivery. In fact, the only thing they did was shift the blame elsewhere. If it wasn’t for Janice, I’m convinced your sales staff Would have given me the same run around they did the first time and told me that ‘unfortunately no drivers were available’.
As it turns out this is also a lie, because there are plenty of drivers available, but they have the choice of where they want to deliver. Which means that I was discriminated against based on my location. Multiple drivers confirmed this with Janice. They told her that there was no incentive for them to take a delivery very far away, when they could just as easily deliver closer to the store.
Your business model is a failure with respect providing Reliable delivery to customers. It’s absurd for your customer service staff to use “the next time it’s convenient for the drivers is….” is there explanation for why you won’t be making good on your commitment.

My ultimate hope is that your company is deemed unnecessary to this process as the only thing you’ve done is provide a layer of abstraction that causes confusion, Injects misinformation into the delivery process and removes any accountability For taking care of the customer.
Your entire business and staff could be replaced with a smart phone app. That would cause less confusion.
As a response to the cold and unhelpful customer service I received from your company and the overall apathy from your staff, I will be contacting the corporate business office for buy-buy baby and persuading them to remove you as a vendor of middlemen schedulers of delivery services, because the one job you’ve had to do was done in what may be the worst way possible.

Continually reschedules without delivery

Continually reschedules without ever actually showing up. I purchased an item for same day delivery. The driver called and stated he’d be there but he would be late. No problem. Never showed up.

They reached out and apologized for missing the delivery window and rescheduled for the following day. I stated I’d be here all day and also cleared them to simply leave the package. And I heard nothing from them all day. No delivery.

Last night I get an email from them once again apologizing that they missed the delivery window. They asked to reschedule again, now two days out. This is a vacation home. I won’t be here. I could stay another day but at this point I have little confidence they’d actually show.

Unfortunately they pair up with large companies so most people won’t see this until their delivery has also been missed.

I can’t wait for their generic response about how they’ll improve though. That heartfelt internet apology is just as good as getting my item delivered in a reasonable amount of time.
