This is a company that Lies. I had a large Package to be collected from my home between 9am - 5pm and they just didn't turn up but the driver wrote that he arrived at 4.50pm and there was nothing to collect!
Thereis no method to report this on their website. They have no telephone nor contact numbers and this is a GERMAN COMPANY? I thought they were supa -efficient! Obviously not. And nothing was left in my door to tell me what to do with this large package. They are highway men too.
