the worst buy that i made all my life, after 2 month dont receive yet and they dont answer the emails.

I have been waiting for more than 2 months for my order. I have emailed weekly and no response. A refund would be fair at this point
Don't you think??? If this is a true business, return my emails, so so disappointed.

So it appears I am not the normal as I actually love the stuff I've gotten from pickmylooks. I will say, do not get the sweatshirts as they aren't really sweatshirts, but Im obsessed with their tee shirts. I got 1 and it took about 3 weeks. My next order was 5 items and that took 2 months
I just ordered 4 more tee shirts. I found their sizing to be true to size and good quality. Great coloring on the tees. I also had a couple conversations with customer service to check on the 2nd order, and they were responsive.

Saw them on Instagram. Looked genuine but just like the other reviews on here, I completely agree. I spent Au$149 and it’s lost. I received a text message to say my order was stuck somewhere and I needed to pay to have it arrive. Dodgy!! Trying to get my money back but don’t like my chances. I have reported them to PayPal. Never had this experience before, someone should close them down 😡

Someone needs to report them to the FDC! They are a scam company who didn't even bother to ship my items and blocked my email when I requested refund! Please report them!

Sent a polyester top and I ordered a linen top. They block your email if you request refund information. Scumbag company.... do not give them your money!!!!

Looks like they have good clothes. But don't be fooled. The shirt I bought - as advertised 'cotton/linen" was polyester - even with a tag in it saying so! I was able to send an email with my complaint and they replied asking if the shirt fit and if it did, could I give it to a friend instead! When I replied saying I wanted a refund of sorts, they offered me $5 credit! They told me it wouldn't be worth me sending back as the postage was a) expensive b) with Covid it will take ages. And I guess it might not even get there. I have replied saying $5 is a jok, so they offered me $8! credit. I don't want a credit as I will not use them again. I want a refund but now all my emails bounce back. I think they have blocked my email.
Don't bother, it is just another online company that posts photos of original items but then makes copies of them - bad copies in manmade materials. and the email given below is the one I have been using and now doesn't work. Maybe they have closed down...

I was really looking forward to my order from Pick My Looks....I bought from the Freida and Marilyn range. The promise was of cotton-linen garments. The shirts arrived with no identifying brand tags. The only tag there was one that said ‘polyester’. There was no docket in the bag with return details. No address on the website and the support email address bounces back. I strongly believe I have been ripped off. Do not give your money to this business.

Don't buy from this company! Sizing is bad and quality is terrible!!!!
