No delivery, no answer to inquiries.

I ordered on june 23rd. No sign of anything for days, so I wrote on beginning July. No answer, not even a polite response. Wrote back mid July and we'll see what happens. I'd be glad to change my rating, but the service ought to be quite OK starting from this instant.

Safe place to shop?

I have purchased an item for than a week and payment has already charged on my credit card. However after more than a week time I still haven't received any shipping related information. Sent multiple emails for the enquiry but no reply at all. What a bar service. I am worry if this is a real shop or not.

Terrible!

Placed order ORD02634 over a week ago and still not had despatch confirmation. They are also ignoring my email. I attempted to place a number of previous orders with them also which were all cancelled without explanation or warning.

UPDATE 1 - they have now cancelled the order but are REFUSING to refund me stating their payment processor has not passed them the funds, even though my card has been debited. I am now nearly 520 euros out of pocket. Escalating to my card issuer, avoid these thieves.

UPDATE 2 - Partial refund now made excluding difference due to exchange rate so I am out of pocket. I do not have the energy to progress this with them further, the company refuses to take ownership of their payment processor relationship and instead demands the customer contact them which is terrible practise. Frankly this was a very frustrating and stressful experience.

Worst company ever!!

Worst company ever!!! do not order anything here!!! on 8 February 2019 I ordered a baby groot for € 212.50. On 15 February I called when I could expect this. They had forgotten to place the order and had not been pushed through. I got a bad feeling about this and told the owner that I wanted to cancel the order and wanted him to refund my money. The money didn't come. I called very often but my phone calls were not answered. I sent around 25 emails, They said for weeks that the money was on its way ???? the money was finally on my account at the beginning of April. This has brought me so much stress. I have never received any apologies from them. What a bad company !!! 7 weeks to refund your money, I would never buy anything here again.
