I paid for 3-day shipping and have been waiting a month to get my order. Still have not received it.

The net we purchased from Pickleball Central was reasonably priced and good quality material. The ease of order and the delivery time was exceptional. We love our new net. Easy set up and accurate to pickleball court size. Extremely pleased with our purchase.

I ordered a paddle used. I got an email saying that I was getting a great deal. It was at about half price.I was really excited so I ordered the paddle. After I place the order, somehow I got on your website and I found the same paddle brand new for about fifteen dollars less than a used one. I reached out to customer support.They said, too bad, so sad there's nothing they could do. When I got the paddle, it did not play the way I needed it to.It was too light for me. I reached out to customer support.They said, because it was a used paddle, it was non returnable. I totally understand that.However, I could have got a new paddle for less money.And I could have returned it. I spoke with your customer service people.A couple of times through email, everybody pretty set much said, so sad for you. I told them I was going back to amazon where I get amazing customer service. I will not buy from you guys again. Because I thought I was terribly wrong now. I have a paddle that doesn't play The Way I should. I paid more for it than I could have got in a new onefor and I could have returned. I have told everybody I know that place.Pick a ball about your poor customer service. I told the people I emailed, I was going to be doing this, and they could have cared less.

Great value purchase for a preowned paddle.

I ordered two pickleball paddles from Pickleball Central. The selection of paddles is great. The shipping was fast and free. Unfortunately I chose to return the paddles. The return was easy and hassle free. Will Definitely will order from Pickleball central again.

This has to do with the product. I bought a $200 pickleball net and the parts don’t even measure the same! Infuriating!!!

I ordered 12 life time pickleballs and paid $15 for shipping. That was a week ago. Seems like $15 should get them here faster than that. I’ve ordered lots of stuff from you guys over the years and this is the first time I haven’t been happy about it.

It was easy to order. The delivery was as I was told and the shoes are great. What else do we need?

Purchased a $300 paddle. Shipped it a bubble bag. Most likely won't purchase a paddle from here again. Luckily it was not damaged. Even Amazon puts $50 paddles in a box.
