If you don’t accept returns pickeddresses.com, that’s your choice. But DONT SAY YOU DO WHEN YOU DON’T!! I bought a $375 dress from this company. Picked dresses.com. I ordered a size 6. It came and was too small. Their website advertises that you can return if it isn’t satisfactory. They purposely mislead customers and they WOULD NOT RETURN IT! $375 down the toilet. I sent photos to them, The zipper won’t even do all the way up. Nope.. no returns… Only buy from this company if you want to throw your money in the garbage. Totally unprofessional and not at all up to the standard that we expect in North America. They need to pull up their socks or don’t ship to our countries where businesses are reputable and honest, and customer satisfactions matters.

Do not buy.... unless you plan on spending the same amount for alterations later!!!

I purchased a dress for my brothers wedding, and I got it rather quickly, but what I got was not what the picture showed!

First off I ordered a generic size but then THEY texted me for my measurements. I specifically ordered a “size” so that it could be returned. After asking for my size they assured me that if I wasn’t satisfied I could return it. I got my dress, it has a corset back, suppose to be a zipper, it’s way to big, I have laced it up as tight as I can, it looks like I have a tail poking out my back and like I have a huge belly in the front. Not flattering whatsoever! It’s also suppose to be an above knee dress... but it’s at some weird length at mid shins. So I emailed them and they asked for pictures so they could help out, after sending pictures I basically got a too bad so sad you are stuck with it. In their return policy it even states that if it isn’t a right fit they will pay a certain amount for a seamstress to fix it.... that’s a lie!
So now I’m stuck with a $150 dress that I can’t do anything with because it’s so awful!!! I highly highly highly recommend against shopping with this company. It might seem cheaper and quick and easy but.. in the end it isn’t. It’s a waste of time and money!

I was looking to order dresses for my bridesmaids that were cheaper than the dress shops.

We were able to decide on style and went ahead to order. We ordered an off shoulder dress in Burgandy. What arrived was a beautiful dress well made and true to size but in candy apple red. I reached out to their customer service let them know that the color was wrong at which point they messaged back saying the dress was custom (although I chose standard sizing) and they would not accept a return as the color was right on their part and that this was their version of Burgandy. They were willing to give me 10% off of new dresses and because of the quality. I decided to try again to get the color I want. Desperately wanting to get the color exactly right, I asked customer service how getting the color Iwould be possible. As a reply They sent me pictures of their factory swatches. I chose the color closest to the color Burgandy I wanted. Yet again the dresses arrive quickly but for the SECOND time they are the WRONG color.

In my opinion they make quality dresses but I do believe that the lack the attention to detail stops their dresses from being top notch.

If you are a bride thinking of ordering dresses online and have a specific color scheme in mind. DON'T order from this company as it may not come out the way you hoped. They will not only refuse to accept responsibility but will refuse to reimburse you for dresses you do not want.

So buyer beware !

I ordered this dress as a trial order, i love it! lace up back may be complicated, but it is really easy to adjust the size! I ordered it in Royal blue color, pretty!!! my other friends will place order by themselves separately, pls do make sure their will be as pretty & perfect as this one! thank you so very much!

Putting it on, you immediately feel like a fairy princess. The netting and lace is beautifully and perfectly done. Something worth noting -- the train is a little long, so be aware that you may have to take it in a little. Overall, one of the most gorgeous dresses I've ever owned!

The dress was beautifully done. It was perfect. Shipping and Packaging wasn't expensive, arrival was quick. Everything was done nicely. Amazing!!! I was quite anxious to order from Pickedresses as it wasn't a local store or brand. I read positive reviews and decided to purchase this dress. I am extremely pleased with my dress!! I ordered with custom sizing. It was still a little big, but it's better than being too small. The detailing is very beautiful. Clean seams and no loose threads. The line of buttons on the back are a bit difficult to loop, but not impossible.

The dress arrived just on time and just as beautiful as the pictures. I ordered the dress in a dark green for prom and the lace just looked elegant in that color. I recommend not only buying this dress but using this store to its fullest potential. Go head and fill your cart with their wonderful products you will not regret it. Excellent is the only word I can use to not only describe the dress but my experience working with this establishment.

After spending too much time looking in shops for the perfect dress for my prom, found this website and THE DRESS, after asking if the dress could be made without the train and being told "no problem", I placed my order and waited. I was nervous but it arrived yesterday and I am so happy it is so beautiful, very well made and perfect in every way the making, the color and everything. FANTASTIC job Pickedresses. Thank you!

I ordered my daughter a dress, but before I ordered it I specifically asked if it didn’t lol right could I return it, they assured me that would t be a problem.
The dress came my daughter didn’t like it so I requested a return. They asked me why I wanted to return it so I told them she doesn’t like it and it’s not like the picture ( which it was nothing g like the picture) anyway they asked me to send a picture of the dress so I did, they then responded to me with NO you can’t return it you ordered the correct size so no returns. I couldn’t believe it as I had already asked before I purchased it.

Please peeps do not order from here I think it’s in China cause the grammar and wording of the emails is not English.

Do not purchase from this website. They do not accept AN RUTURNS. My daughter ordered a prom dress and it did not fit. They said that we can't return the dress because there's nothing they can do with it as they said it was custom made. It was a size 12 so nothing custom made about that!!! It said returns would be accepted in orginal packaging and so we were very careful and they said no. We are now $250 short and the dress is actually ugly as the sequence is very cheap looking. Not what it looks like on the website. Please do not order because YOU CAN NOT RETURN IT IF IT DOES NOT FIT. They should at least say that and be honest on their return policy instead of misleading people and saying that you need to contact them for returns leading us to believe to that they accept returns which they don't.

I was so scared to order my dress online but pickedresses.com really came through! The ordering process was easy and they kept me updated every step of the way. The dress got here so fast and exceeded my expectations. The quality is great and it fits perfectly. It looks just like the picture. I would recommend doing custom measurements. That is what I did and it really does fit perfect. Wonderful experience! I will recommend pickedresses.com to my friends. I will try and remember to post more full body pictures after the event.

Absolutely beautiful dress. My daughter is 5'5" between 115-120lbs. I ordered a size 2. I had to hem the length, but I expected that. My daughter wore this dress to her Freshman Homecoming 2016 and received so many compliments about her dress. This dress was made for her! She's in love with this dress. It fits perfectly. She love the silhouette and the detailing of her back.

I ordered a prom dress yesterday. Today I've tried to contact them as I didn't received any confirmation. Their internet page is completely gone, their e-mail doesn't work, no phone number to contact them and sure.. the payment was taken already from my credit card. What should I do next? Any ideas?

Somehow their site was back in the afternoon. I have an account there and it shows that the payment was accepted. There is also a confirmation number for my order. No e-mail from them, in the same time. I'll keep my fingers crossed to get the dress in time and like in the picture.

I have ordered a ball gown & a beaded one as well. Have to say the princess style gown was amazing!!! I was so scared because I had heard so many stories about these sites but this one does not disappoint! Both dresses fit perfectly thanks to the custom tailoring! If you are worried don't be, it's not a scam, the dresses are beautiful! Thanks Pickedresses!
