Exceptional value and great fit
To say I am impressed with my shirts is an understatement! I am delighted that I gave this service a try. I ordered two shirts in the Birdseye fabrics. The shirts are stunning and arrived in a nicely presented black box. Fit is spot on. All I can say is exceptional value for money! Thank you.

One big con!
Great concept... bad execution! Basically your getting a Bankok tailored item. And as anyone who has gone to Bangkok knows, for every good tailor there are 10 bad ones! Shirt seams were not straight and the bottom of the shirt didn't match up.. that with the stitching not being finished off and the material thin enough to see right through.... I believe you are being conned. It's sent to you from Europe, but YOU have to pay for it to be sent back to Thailand. Avoid at all costs!!!

Hi Mike, we are unable to identify your order. We are very surprised at your feedback. Were you interested in getting things rectified with a replacement shirt? We have tens of thousands of customers repeat purchasing with us and have been in business a long time, so we are certainly not a con. We constantly add new fabrics to the site, and if there is ever bad feedback, we are extremely reasonable with fixing any issues so as to retain our customers long term. We’d encourage you to allow us to rectify your issue. If a shirt is faulty, we will cover return costs. Our shirts are not sent from the UK, they are sent direct from our own production center in Thailand. All online tailors charging under USD$100 per shirt will be made somewhere in Asia.
Try them! They’ve made me a customer for life.
Try them. Delivery takes some time and is a bit expensive but the quality of the shirts is great. I ordered 5 and the sizing is consistent, the quality is great and the customer service is excellent.
Also, they make the shirts very quickly; it’s the shipping that takes long but there is an express shipping option.

I would not recommend anyone ordering from this site. Firstly it takes almost a month and a half for delivery. Secondly I ordered there best twill cotton so bad its see-through. The collar doesn't iron correctly after a single hand wash. And last but not least I ordered for my initials to be monogrammed where the left pocket should be situated mine arrived with the initials about 3cm from the collar tip not so good tailoring. PS they are overpriced and absolutely crap. DO NOT BUY.so crap at tailoring they don't knoe where pocket should be.nothing suspicious about this review have photos to prove placement of monogram.potential. Customers beware.PS I didn't choose to keep the shirt I through it in the bin where it belongs.

Hi John. Your shirt was made in one of our most popular fabrics which customers all over the world re-order and give us great feedback on. You are correct in saying that the parcel took abnormally long time to reach you. This due to DHL experiencing delays related to Covid (no flights and restricted staff at sorting centers). We explained this to you and we also published details on our site. All our other customers were extremely understanding of this situation that was out of our control. You asked for a monogram to be positioned on the pocket but requested no pockets. So the monogram was placed on the chest where a pocket would be. You refused to accept our attempts to arrange a refund per our 30-days returns policy, and instead you chose to keep the shirt and told us this: “I will make it my mission to give you as many bad reviews I possibly can”. Therefore, we find this review to be highly suspicious. We would encourage potential customers to ignore it.
