They are right on time every time, the pickup guy is super friendly, and the clothes come back perfect, couldn't ask for more!

Really positive overall experience. Both pick-up and drop-off have been done within the picked time slots and the laundry items were well cleaned.

DID NOT WASH MY CLOTHES. Literally sent back folded and still dirty. Check out my Google review for pics. There was loads of dog hair, tooth paste, lint, they still smelt of sweat and still looked crumpled. There was literally no way those clothes went through a wash cycle. I sent them to another laundry service (love2laundry) and 24 hours later they came back clean! It was so so obvious they had actually BEEN WASHED. They smelled good, had the slightly rough feel of clothes washed without softer (which I was my choice) there was a couple of bits of lint but nothing like the amount when they came back from pick n drop! Which was a relief because the guy who responds to reviews here made me feel like I was loosing my mind. My clothes were not washed they did not do the service that they were paid for, that was proven to them. But I am the bad person because I don’t often write positive reviews on trust pilot? Literal gas lighting.

Pick n drop refused to refund. Offered to take my clothes again. Which I was very much not comfortable with. I mean someone took my dirty pants and folded them!

This is the second time I have had to write this review. The first item the response was aggressive and threatening. While I was in the process of reporting the company to trust pilot, my review was reported for hate speech. There was no hate speech. I will create a Reddit with the full review and response, I took screen shots of the review (as I will of this one) and response as this has happened before with other companies that just can’t seem to be accountable. To be clear this was the third laundry company I trialed in the last few months. They were the most expensive with obviously the worst service. The others weren’t perfect, hence me trying another, but there was no reason for them to refund me and I didn’t ask for one. Nor did I have to write a bad review. Why? because they did not scam me. I look forward to hearing the response. And if necessary writing this a third time. I will simply keep writing them until it stays because THEY DID NOT WASH MY CLOTHES. L

Wonderful service provided to us by Pick and drop. They picked up our beddings from our Airbnb and they dropped it back on the agreed dates.
They are very reliable, professional, and consistent.

What an amazing service Pick N Drop Laundry & Dry Cleaning Services provide, I would highly recommend everyone to try this company. I have a white cotton coat with a broken zip and which needed dry cleaning, my local dry cleaners recently closed, so I started looking online for another one - I came across Pick N Drop and thought I would take a chance. I placed my order for the coat to be collected the next day, a Monday and returned to me the following Saturday. It was collected within the time frame and it came back today, again within the time frame and with a reminder call about when the drop off would be today. My coat is like brand new and I am so happy, fantastic service! Will definitely be using it again. Thanks again guys!

I arranged a clean drying service for my duvet and the whole process was really smooth, especially as I only made my booking the day before the pick up. I also had to change my time for drop-off and managed to re-arrange it quickly on phone. Overall I'm really pleased!
