Excellent & easy platform to use

Impossible to find me
Why oh why will you no longer let people search for an image that looks in everyone's photos? No one will ever find me by my name. but if clients could search for Cedar trees or the Cliffs of Moher, I would have a chance at actually connecting with a real person who just needs to find me. That, and your price increase have me close to cancelling my account.

Picfair needs to integrate more to popular search engines
Have been using the site for a close to two years. Doesn't seem to show up in brower search engines much. I have stuff posted on Facebook, Adobe, LinkedIn. They show up. My stuff on Picfair never does.

We are not structured as a marketplace that individually promotes each photographer’s work through paid advertising or guaranteed exposure. While we do feature selected photographers and images across our channels from time to time, ongoing promotion of individual stores is typically driven by the photographer.

Sales on this site are abysmal compared to other sites. The other sites are also free. If I'm correct I have 5 Sales in 6 years. I used to be able to track visits to my site which have since disappeared

Picfair is structured as a platform that gives photographers the tools to build and run their own store, rather than operating as a traditional marketplace. As a result, performance can vary significantly depending on how you promote your store.

New layout is cumbersome to use
New layout is cumbersome to use, loses features that were previously available (such as number of hits), sorting, adding to groups in bulk. Backward step.
There is almost zero, nil, nothing, nada, assistance in YOU promoting us. It's left to us. That may be fine for the big boys that have a budget, but we are not seeing ANY level of return. Nor are there any REAL tools to assist in managing content. at best we get a number of hits on an image. If that is even accurate. No AI tools to review an image and auto populate it with keywords. SERIOSLY will be moving next year as I will be setting up a new site (more complex to setup I grant you) that has all these features.

After every successful order, customers are shown a confirmation page with a download button and are also sent an email immediately containing a secure download link. If there was an issue on the confirmation page, the images would still have been available via the confirmation email sent at the time of purchase.
We've looked into this, and can confirm that the customer was sent an email with a link to download.
