Exceptional value and really excellent service
I’ve used Picanova for some time now creating colourful pet portraits on canvas. They’re exceptional value for money, provide excellent service and if occasionally the product arrives and isn’t up to standard, they waste no time putting things right.
For as long as the current level of service and value continues I wouldn’t use anyone else!

Disappointing
Disappointing experience. Ordered a 50x75cm canvas print online for £25, when the order was complete it redirected me to a page with offers, where I was surprised to see the same product listed for £20. When I inquired about the price the agent simply brushed me with off excuses about how they couldn’t control how their prices change. I asked for them to refund £5 as a gesture of goodwill but was refused. All this despite them having a ‘best price guarantee policy’. Wouldn’t even match their own best price! Shortsighted at best, petty at worst. No more orders from me.

Historic cushion
Decided to take advantage of the special offer on a cushion, and chose one of our honeymoon photos from 1965. My wife was thrilled with the result, as was I, and we are going to have a few more historic cushions printed with their very special memories. I am now 81 so such items are very meaningful.

Has been excellent ,but , recently , issues with Hermes and tracking , as for communications via web/ email , a complete farce !!! no reply within 48h , and no explanations given to this tracking issue ... I do not recommend any longer

You cant amend order
You cant amend order. I would understand if it had already started to be printed. But if the plant was closed for easter and you contact them 1st thing when they are open how have they already been printed?
Unless its all automatic and they left there printes unattended over easter.
