The guys at Pianospeed were excellent! They were efficient and friendly, carefully getting my piano down the stairs from a 1st floor flat and into our new property, where there was an awkward step with no fuss, they just worked superbly together. Thank you Pianospeed!

Our replacement piano was delivered today and we were very impressed with the service. We had been worrying how the exchange of our damaged piano would take place. Everything was handled by Adrian and Michal with care and professionalism. They also removed the packaging from the previous piano which helped a great deal.

Oh if only more businesses were like this! Pianospeed have been fantastic every step of the way. Anastasia ensured that everything went smoothly with the logistics and her emails were a delight to receive. We felt like valued clients thanks to her. Alex and Orlando did the move and are clearly extremely hard working as well as extremely polite. Thank you to everyone involved.

Adrian and Michael were amazing - poetry in motion! They moved my beloved Kemble across the country and then up to my 2nd floor flat with some extremely tight turns. Highly recommended.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone at Piano Speed for the seamless & professional delivery of my new clavinova this morning. I was not expecting them to assemble it for me as well, and was delighted (and relieved!) that they did. Both gentleman were polite, courteous & efficient despite their very early start.

I’m over the moon with my new piano. The whole process from purchase to delivery was perfect. I am especially grateful that they were more than happy to deliver to the Isle of Wight which some companies make a big fuss about!

The two movers who carried out the delivery were extremely professional, patient and kind. They arrived early then expected time, even though the piano was originally expected to arrive lately, and they were proactive and happy to wait for us despite the delay from the initial delivery company.

We were especially grateful that they were willing to wait for around 1.5 hours, and then even returned later in the evening around 18:00 after completing other jobs to finish the delivery for us. They also provided us with very helpful advice throughout the process. This level of dedication and professionalism is truly appreciated.

I was that terrible customer who kept having to change the delivery times. You were very accommodating and rearranged everything to deliver the time that I wanted. The movers even had to shuffle pianos around in their van to accommodate me and they were very friendly. Thank you.

I have to say that this delivery company were absolutely superb from start to finish. The communication throughout was amazing and we knew exactly what was happening. Brilliant response from Pianospeed staff to comms, and a pleasure to deal with their delivery guy Marian - all were friendly, efficient and couldn't be more helpful. There was a delay along the supply line but as soon as I told them about the urgent deadline, Jane and Jon pulled out all the stops to get the piano here in time. Thanks again!

Orlando and Michal came to take our late Mother's Kemble piano. They offered their condolences, were quick, efficient and very polite, lovely guys. Correspondence with Anastasia was likewise efficient and fast. Really recommend this company.

I bought a hybrid piano and sent a video of my two flight of stairs, which are very narrow, especially in a couple of corners. Pianospeed confirmed they could deliver it, and I have just had my piano delivered: the two persons delivering did an amazing job, they were very polite and very professional, and they manage to bring the piano to my room of choice without a single scratch. Amazing job. thank you.

Once PianoSpeed had our order details from the retailer in London delivery was all sorted by email and texts. Adrian and Michal were on their 7th delivery of the day but their attitude was one of total professionalism and the care taken in assembling our new digital piano was really appreciated. Emails leading up to the delivery were answered promptly and were very clear as to what was happening.

Our only problem was the 0845 number for which our mobile service provider wanted us to top up our account before we could call. We didn't top up and that is why we appreciated the fast replies to our emails .

Definitely an 11/10 company.

I had my piano removed by PIANOSPEED, they did a fantastic job. As it was upstairs I was rather concerned it would be problematic, so I sent a lot of photos of the area concerned, but no worries. They covered all the floor areas efficiently with floor coverings, and brought the piano down without any problems. I would thoroughly recommend them.

PianoSpeed are excellent. They moved my piano safely and efficiently - despite the access to the piano being very difficult. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a piano moving - no matter how complex the access!

My very heavy, early C20th Bluthner upright was moved from the basement to the ground floor of my house (via the garden) with great care and efficiency. Highly professional job!
