PRODUCT IS HORRIBLE!
I am very unhappy with product EVERYTHING; size, quality, price and terrible length of time it took to receive it. I'd be better off getting a full refund. Product can not be worn. NOT AMERICAN SIZING no matter what they say! It's Asian! 😝
The companies response shows no actual concern for what has been purchased and customer satisfaction. They did absolutely Nothing to correct my bona fide issues with their product. They ought to have at the very least offered a full refund and a return postage paid method to return said item.
Instead they claim they've adjusted their sizing chart. How that helps me is beyond understanding as it does nothing for me! Do not believe ANYTHING these people say. They lie! THEIR PRODUCTS ARE FAR OVER PRICED WITH PATHETIC QUALITY!

The t-shirts are beautiful an fit very well. The only thing I would suggest is that you find another shipping option. I've never liked DHL shipping they are extremely slow shipping an hard to track. That's hurting your sales.

My jacket is beautiful! Well sewn. The material is so soft. The print is clear and adorable. My item was a very reasonable price.

I ordered a large order April 13, 2021. Got one email saying it had been processed but i have never received any updates nor had any response to my emails. I spent a lot of money on these items. order #RR-48493-22446.
