I paid $42 for the "Test - 300 IPs (SOCKS5 Pay Per IP Plans Real residential SOCKS5 proxies.)" plan using USDT (BEP20). The transaction was 100% successful on the blockchain, but it has been 24 HOURS and I have not received any login details on my email!
Your website falsely claims that login credentials are automatically sent within 15 minutes of successful payment. I have also emailed support with my transaction proof, but there is zero response. Taking a customer's money and ignoring them for a whole day is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam.
MY DEMAND: Either activate my account and send my login details immediately, OR REFUND my 42.002017 USDT.
