I’ve been working w PF for the last 5-6 weeks. I started at 82/83kg, I’m down to 76/77 kilos, weight loss at a rate of a kilo a week. My coach is available to me via text at all times, and the weekly check ins over the phone are really helpful. My coach just makes it easy for me to stay on track with all the other stuff in my life, work/family/personal etc. It’s definitely worth it, the app they use to organise my fitness journey is my favourite part of this process, and would defo recommend.

Listen and listen carefully! This was a life changing decision! Amazing team I have an amazing coach, the app is extremely easy to use and the all journey is fun and give me motivation to live my life in a completely different way. Absolutely recommend this for everyone!

I’ve been with Physique Factory for just over three weeks now, and it’s been a great start to the program.

In that short time, I’ve already achieved some strong results, including losing 6.5kg, which I’m really happy with. The level of communication and support from my coach has been great, clear, consistent, and motivating.

The results I’ve seen so far are a direct result of the guidance and structure provided. I honestly wish I had started this earlier, as the progress I’ve made with PF is far better than when I was trying to do it on my own.

The service has definitely been worth it, and I’ve really enjoyed having accountability, direction, and ongoing support. I know I still have a long way to go, but I trust the process and feel confident moving forward.

Trainers always happy to answer questions, offer advice and help you get the results. I didn’t break records in the speed of weight loss, but I lost what I intended 12/4 months. You learn that it’s not about starving yourself but building. Better relationship with food and nutrition. Carrying this forward 100%

Had a great experience, would highly recommend! I started with PF with the hope of losing fat and building muscle. I continued with the program for 16 weeks. After having two kids I felt like I could never have a flat stomach again although after 10 weeks I had already made more progress than I have ever before. My names Ace and I’ve been with PF for about 5 months now. During these 5 months I’ve lost over 25kgs with my Coach. It has been an absolute BOMB experience and my coach is an absolute legend. He keeps me in check keeps me motivated and I’m always able to reach out and ask him anything at all no matter the time. Some people may think it’s expensive which is what I thought at first but honestly this has literally changed my life. I’ve been with physique factory since early December now an I literally can not fault them! My coach has been outstanding an has had an answer an solution to any question ive had, he genuinely cares about his clients and that really comes across. Been with my coach for around 9 weeks now, dropped down from 109.2 to 93.2 during that space with a high focus on maintaining muscle and just shredding BF. It’s manageable & his advice and guidance is unreal.
