The lower back brace does exactly what it's supposed to although it took a bit of trial and error to get the straps adjusted properly. Once fitted correctly it felt much more supportive.
I've slowly been building a garage gym over the last year and this was one of the smoother online purchases I've had. Good communication from the store and delivery happened within the estimated timeframe.
