I tried new practicals from physio network
I've been trying Practicals last days, very useful tool for any physio who wants to expand their knowledge and skillset. Videos are very clear, explanations are clear, I would suggest to add time frames, exercise dosages and a summary at the end of each practical.

Borderline scam tactics concerning…
Borderline scam tactics concerning cancellation of free trials or subscription.
I have used physio network twice. Once as a free trial and once as a subscription.
The website is initially offered in english but due to IP recognition I get rerouted to the French version. Not a problem for using their website unless you wish to cancel!
This becomes a real issue while trying to end one's subscription or free trial as the cancelation option is not offered in french. How am I supposed to know this as a customer?
I even contacted them in the past for cancelling and they were not helpful. "just click the cancelation link in the billing blablabla"...there is no link to cancel unless you use the english version of their website. To make matters worse, once you try to end your subscription the "end your subscription" button is on the left and the "cancel the action" button is on the right in a bright color designed to make customers mindlessly click on it.
Guessing you got the squeeze every last penny out of your customers.
