They had a gold coin that EVERYONE is sold out of in north America (seriously). Was very hesitant at first as I've never ordered something so expensive from anywhere but the US. I was afraid it would get lost at worst, at best that I'd have to pay some massive tariff on it or have it held in customs for months like some others I have heard with this happening!
These guys are a-m-a-z-i-n-g! I don't know how they do it, they must be working 24/7, but when I contacted them at 6 or 7 PM eastern US time, they actually responded right away (midnight in London?!).. That's dedication. They eased all my woes and assured me that either I receive the coin I wanted so bad or my full money, every penny refunded.
I couldn't believe it, I placed the order on... Sunday Feb 3rd, had the coin in my hand Monday Feb 11th. That is exactly FIVE working days as of making the international payment..with CC btw, not bank wire! And.. they didn't charge the usual 3 or 4% credit card surcharge that almost all US bullion dealers charge. What more can I ask for.

Outstanding service! I was in a rush during holidays period and needed to sell my sovereign coins urgently. The whole process took less than 24 hours, I received a tentative quote and instructions on how to send the coins in the safest way. The quote I was given was great based on research I had done on the current selling/buying price of these coins, and as soon as the coins reached them and they confirmed their condition, the quoted amount was transferred to my account in no time.
