I was looking to sell 3 half sovereign coins. I made a few enquiries locally via jewellery shops but they only wanted to pay scrap prices for the items. I then looked on Google for alternative ways to sell Jewellery. I found Physical Gold. Never actually using anything like this before. I filled in a quick online request. Dan came back to me asap with a very good price. I accepted the offer and was advised by Dan how I needed to sent them by post. Special Delivery. The items were received an a knowledgement was sent to myself advising the funds had been paid directly into my bank account. Overall an amazing experience which took less than 24 hours. Today we do not see enough of satisfactory
customer services. Would highly recommend to anybody wishing to sell items.

Great experience, really easy, about the best price offered by a number of similar companies, certainly the easiest process. You can call and speak to a human without holding or going through any frustrating automated phone systems. I got quaoted a price at 10am, dropped it off at 11:30am and the money was in my account about 10 mins later. Perfect !
