The wallpaper is excellent quality and the shipping was very fast. I highly recommend doing business with this company.

I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service from Photowall.

We specifically chose the peel-and-stick wallpaper because we live in a rental property. The whole reason for paying extra for this option was because it was advertised as easy to apply and, more importantly, easy to remove without damaging the wall.

At first, we loved how it looked. However, after only around 30 days, the wallpaper already started peeling off the wall by itself. We could not believe it, especially considering how expensive it was and how positive the marketing and reviews seemed.

When we contacted customer service, instead of helping us, they immediately tried to make it our fault. They asked endless questions about the condition of the wall, whether it had been painted correctly, what type of surface it was, and so on. I explained multiple times that this is a brand-new wall, only a few months old, in perfect condition, and there were absolutely no issues before applying their wallpaper.

Eventually, they agreed to refund us, but only if we removed the wallpaper completely and destroyed it. That is when the real disaster happened.

While removing the wallpaper exactly as instructed, it completely destroyed our walls. Large sections of paint and wall surface came off with it. The damage is far beyond what anyone would expect from a product that is heavily advertised as removable and damage-free.

I sent them photos of the damage and asked how a product marketed for rentals and easy removal could leave walls in this condition. Once again, they blamed the wall, the paint, the surface, and anything else they could think of instead of taking responsibility.

This experience has cost us a huge amount of stress, time, money, and now repair costs for damaged walls in our rental property.

Stay away from this company.They are big fraud!

It took forever to come and then I couln't use it! The image quality was so poor you cannot see what it is. I payed a lot of money for this and it is for my store. Now I have nothing on my wall for my grand opening.

I was sent the wrong size. I was also sent a sideways application.
Very expensive and a waste of money. I’m out almost 700$ . Devastated

Blown away by the quality of this wallpaper. It definitely feels premium. I've never had wallpaper stick so easily to textured walls before. Very impressed. Customer service is also excellent. I will definitely be purchasing again soon!

James, then I listen and he was over talking me while I was trying to explain to him how I ordered two pieces of 24 x 36. It was just poor customer service.

Customer service was incredible. I was worried with the company based in Sweden. No Fears, all went smoothly.
I ordered a custom size from a pattern that was one of the selections.

Excellent quality as usual, so prompt, great service. The premium matte is much easier to install than the standard paper. Definitely worth the small extra expense.

I ordered a section of a large mural print to see how it would look close up - the paper quality was really nice and the print resolution was better than expected. Pretty fast shipping too. Will order again.

This was my first time setting wallpaper. The how to guide really helped but it was definitely tricky. I wanted to do a section of my wall so it would look like a photo and I’m very happy with how it came out! I added a peel and stick frame around it as well :)

You sent me a massive roll of paper with only a little bit of actual printed wall paper. The entire roll expect the end was white
