Very disappointed as the website is marketed as an Australia Website - once order was placed only to find out they are shipping it from China - waited over 2 months for it to arrive and arrived today and it's broken in half. Yet to hear back from them about what they are going to do. Have requested a full refund and will be lodging a dispute with Paypal as well. Disappointed is the only polite way to put it.

I’m still waiting on an order from January and we are entering May. I am constantly given the advice to ‘wait another week’ with the excuse of Covid-19 causing shipping delays and hold ups in customs. I paid extra for shipping insurance which has got me nowhere. Customer service is condescending and appear to copy and paste email responses. I have been denied a full refund because I am told it will arrive.
I will never purchase from these guys again and would strongly recommend no one else does either.

Awful quality, not like the photos at all! They have taken a photo of the Pokémon lamp - worst quality ever. So disappointed!!!

I wish i read the reviews before i placed an order, absolutely disgusting customer service and i highly doubt i will receive a refund for a mistake that they have done.

Brought two of these lamps for my nephew and niece then shipped them and then returned it back cause no one was home so we gave them permission to leave on front porch and we haven't heard back since . Very disappointed and probably won't get my money back ☹

I ordered two lamps for Christmas, well before Christmas! After numerous emails I was advised in January it was only shipped after Christmas! I never received the lamps, they stated I will need to pay the full amount AGAIN and they’ll resend the items! When I told them no, I want a full refund, they stated they will give me a refund minus stocking charge and shipping charge! I spent over $100 and my refund would be $20-$30! Honestly do not buy! They are quick to take your money and send you nothing.

Ordered the lamp with name on it for my grandson and received wrong letter on it. They refused to take responsibility and said I selected wrong letter. After many emails they eventually gave me a $25 refund.
The lamp looks very cheap and definitely not worth the price they charged.
Stay away….

Bad experience, On the order confirmation there was different picture to the item I had ordered even thought it had the correct description. So I queried this and asked for them to check that I would be receiving the correct item. They confirmed that I would. Then the incorrect item was received, meaning I had to go shopping on Christmas eve to find another gift for child. After numerous emails trying to get a refund (being asked to send pictures of package, then pictures of what was inside etc) was basically told too bad you can't have one. Poor customer service, wouldn't recommend. I'd also note the item was much smaller than expected for the price. Dodgy.

Products are bad quality. I received a damaged item where the plastic light was snapped completely in half and after this company asking for a photo apparently that wasn’t good enough and I also needed to provide a VIDEO!!! Emails have been going back and forth and they still refuse to give me a refund. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered 3 lamps and 2 Keychains. The pictures on the moon lamp is super small u can barely see it. I was expecting the picture to be like the ones advertised. The charger didn't come with a plug. Completely dissatified, definitely not worth the money, however good concept

I waited almost a month before they sent a plague with a stand, but I only recieved a smaller one than I originally ordered and a 2-inch stand which was clearly not like the one in the picture (which was a stand almost twice the size of the plague). The surface of the plague is scratched all over, and the stand is smaller than the thickness of the plague, so if you want more scratches then that’s a great way to do it. Also the plague is cheap, thick plastic with the photo and text stickered on. I certainly paid overprice for this, and could easily have made it myself for one tenth of the price. What a waste of money.

I received my order (I ordered two personalised night lights) and my first reaction was “What the f!”… firstly they are tiny, secondly the quality is horrible and they just look so cheap I don’t even want to put them in the bedrooms they were meant to. There is so much misleading info on the website, for example it said my light came with a remote control (hence why I ordered it, so I could turn off the light in my daughters room once she was asleep) but it didn’t, they also claim to be an Australian company yet my order came all the way from China. I am so so upset that I have wasted $80 on two crappy lamps I could of made to look better

I have never in my whole life had such a bad experience with online shopping, I purchased the “Custom Frozen Elsa Night Light” everything seemed very simple in the website despite the page itself having a few issues (images missing from some products and the wrong photos with some of their products) but in most experiences you don’t buy of a photo but the description of the item as they had two different photos mixed in with the description of my product. Fast forward two weeks and they sent the wrong item I received “the little mermaid” with my customisation on it which was deffinetly not what I ordered. I emailed back and forth with the company and every time I did their customer service team would simply tell me it was my fault, that when I ordered the product I must have selected the “default” option which was news to me as there was NO alternative option when selecting my item I simply clicked on the product I wanted and went ahead to the checkout, ALL of my order summaries said “Elsa Frozen Night Light” and when I explained that to the customer service team WITH photo evidence of all my summaries AND the screenshots of the websites incorrect descriptions and when I moved forward to dispute my payment through pay pal the company (photomoonlampau) went ahead and FIXED the faulty images and descriptions on the website so that my claim would fall under customers fault. I spoke with three different customer service officers and only one of them was Atleast KIND to me and explained she was sorry, where as all other interactions nobody seemed to care AT ALL. Beyond disgusting customer service, and absolutely appalled that they named the customer and then amended the flaws on their site so they could get away with it. If I could attach photos I would GLADLY show the proof of my product purchase matching the description of the item I originally purchased yet DIDNT receive. I after no agreeing to offer help or a refund and a simple switch of products I’m out of pocket $54.60 and had to purchase from another retailer but let me tell you the product I received is cheap and not made well at all, it’s very thin and flimsy. The alternative product I ordered is beyond wonderful and so much detail for anyone that would like to order I HIGHLY recommend “ Kustom Box Night Light” from EBay, product is beyond perfect and cost less !!! Also is a local business. For anyone looking to get a wonderful and thoughtful gift for a little loved one I highly suggest you stead CLEAR of photomoonlampau

I ordered a personalised lamp and thought there were scratches on it and emailed the company. They emailed back the same day to tell me the perspex is covered in protective film. Oops! Once I removed the film it was perfect and stunning! I want to order more now! Would definitely recommend this product and company. Fantastic customer service replying within the same day!
