Photo Frame came with a crack…

Photo frame came within a week and was well packaged but…..the wooden frame was cracked on the left hand side. As it was for a gift, I was able to super glue the crack so it is less visible, but I was disappointed by the quality of the frame.

We are facing bullshit services from the Evri shipping company in the UK. They have damaged our orders mostly. We are using good packing as much as we can, but this shipping has become a headache for us. You can suggest to us another shipping company, and we will make a decision about our business.

You delivered a damaged frame and have ignored all emails I’ve sent to try to get a replacement. Appalling customer service. Avoid this company at all costs

My frame arrived damaged (delivered by evri). I emailed to ask for a replacement or refund. It's been over a week since I emailed and I have not received a response. I engaged their chatbot, checked my spam and emailed them again. Do not buy from this company.
