Absolutely fantastic company. The website is very easy to navigate around. The process of creating your photo and frame is simple. The prices are very reasonable and their communication is superb. I ordered my picture frame, which arrived quickly but sadly it was damaged. I contacted their customer team and they immediately sent me out a replacement with no extra charge. I would highly recommended them.
Received my order on time, but the frame's plastic cover was damaged. Contacted customer support immediately but never heard back. Messaged again after a few weeks, but was ignored again and never got a reply. Very disappointed as the print was actually really nice, but the dent in the plastic cover was right in the middle of one of the pictures, ruining the overall effect.
Easy to use , fast service , excellent customer services . Had a lovely print and it was damaged in post , i emailed the company and was pleasantly surprised to get a reply within the hour and a replacement frame to be sent out tomorrow...... . 5 stars well deserved .😁
