I have ordered canvas prints on a couple of occasions, and both times, the print quality and colour were not great. For example, a person with black hair, had lots of blue tones, and the clarity w... See more

Worth the money
I've used PB for my personal (not professional) albums for years now and their quality and price are good. They've upped the price recently which is unfortunate, but than again so have many others. I recommend them.
It's so easy to upload my pictures
It's so easy to upload my pictures, and you do the magic and produce my annual photo book my whole family look forward to the book every year.

Thank you. good price for what was recieved also good timing with delivery.
Lovely calendars
I really love creating personalised calendars but I don’t always find your site very user friendly. Can be hard to upload photos or edit them where needed. Also, your delivery fee of over €10 is outrageous. This sounds very negative but I have you 3 stars and that is because I like the calendars!
Ease of access to the site and…
Ease of access to the site and understandable directions to get started. I love the flexibility of working with a wizard to design the book or a do it yourself option

Very poor customer service
I was very disappointed with the customer service. They made no effort to assist me. I needed help with an order I had placed and messaged immediately after the order was made. An AI assist is all that was available at the time which is reasonable as it was after working hours but It allowed be to forward an email. The reply to this email was in no way helpful. I was told there was only a four hour grace period after order placed where they can help. I feel this is unfair as the four hours grace should only be effective during working hours. They basically didn't care. No help offered. I won't be purchasing from this company again

I am very happy with my album
I am very happy with my album. I just have 1 issue and that is the first few pages were very damp and wrinkled which to me would suggest WRAPPING NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR THE INCLEMENT WEATHER AT THE THIS TIME OF YEAR
Photographs are brilliantly presented and very detailed

I’m so disappointed
I’m so disappointed, after taking such time and effort to create two photobooks I still have not received my order. It was due for delivery to Ireland on January 16th. The tracking number brings me to Royal Mail which gives no updated delivery info and the customer service bot is completely useless.

They use Evri for deliveries.
They use Evri for deliveries.
IF you get your package, it will be 2 weeks late, or damaged.
The "customer service agents" are AI bots with all the wrong information that goes along with that.
Good luck.

Poor quality printing - wouldn't recomment
I ordered some greeting cards for my paintings and the first set came out very blurry so I couldn't use them so that was £60 wasted. I tried a second time using higher quality photos with higher quality card, and the pictures came out very vibrant which didn't look good for my paintings and there were printing marks all down the sides of all of them so I cannot use them either. Another £60 down the drain. I've tried complaining via the website and I've been sat here for over an hour with 14 people still ahead of me on the queue with no signs of change. I am hoping I will get a response using this review since no one is getting back to me. I refuse to lose £120 over poor quality printing from a company who's sole job is to print. I don't believe anyone actually looked at my cards before shipping them out, the quality control is shocking to say the least.
The only benefit to photobox is how easy it was to process the order, but unless I'm going to get my prints done right, it's not worth it.

A little gem :)
I have ordered a mini photo album (15x15 cm = 6 x 6 in).
It was extremely simple and fun :) the choose from the selection of interesting products, it was fuss-free to upload the photos and quick to process the purchase.
Yes, I have ordered a mini photo album containing 24 photos, but what I received was a little gem :) - beautiful, sturdy, very high quality paper album of our holiday memories.
The delivery was quick as well :)
Thank you, Photobox.ie.
