Super happy with the product and quality. Exactly what I ordered!!!
Although we had a bumpy ride with the post system and the order took a lot longer to get here and got lost at one point. The customer service, Especially Harvey Garcha, who made sure I got my order after it got lost. Super helpful and great to deal with over email.

Excellent customer service, i did not receive my parcel within the given expected date and as soon as contacted their customer care, they dispatched another customised phone case to make sure that I receive the order. I have not received it yet but quite excited.

I am super satisfied with the professionalism and efficiency of Sildi, who helped me to get my refund. The online chat connection went off due to some technical issue, but Sildi immediately contacted me through my email to assure that Sildi was attending to my issue. Thank you for the help.

They were lovely, perhaps next time I would go for heavier paper and the lay flat books, depending on specials I guess.

I am very happy with the canvas received.
However, the local courier service which is being used by Photobox in NZ is not reliable I feel. My first order never reached me due to which the lovely customer service representative reordered the canvas for me at no additional cost however after 10 days a random person came and handed me the first order which was delivered by the courier to some unknown address. When I contacted photobox to stop the second order it was too late, again the second order was delivered at some different address and those people came to drop the canvas at my address. This was really not good courier service which photobox is using for delivery of packages in Canvas. This experience had made me stop ordering another canvas with fear of similar situation hence I have raised a feedback to photobox via email.
I am very happy with photobox but not the courier service which stops me from shopping from photobox again.

Why are they using a .co.nz domain when they are based in the UK and AUS? If I had known they weren’t in NZ I would have never ordered from them. It’s been 4 weeks and I am yet to receive my order and they haven’t responded to my email. Will never order from here again.

First time using and found it easy to use. A couple of things I didn't find that easy. For example I had to ask how to delete unused photos and it can be done but not straightforward. Also you do not appear to be able to have paragraphs when in text box, or I don't know how to do it anyway. I would prefer not so thick pages as makes the book heavy but I guess makes it last longer too.
