Incredibly thorough report. Answered our long list of questions before and afterwards, explaining in detail any specific queries we had. Kev was friendly and approachable and made it a simple and pain free experience, even though we didn't get the news we wanted.

My first ever home survey completed in one week. Very detailed report containg lots of photos of issues foind followed by face time call. very happy with the report/service and price.

Fantastic service from Kev! He really went into massive detail on the survey. Kev reached out to me initially after I used a comparison website and gave me all the details I needed without being pushy or rude. It was very clear that the surveyor had an intricate knowledge of buildings, and flagged a number of issues we would never have picked up on our own. The survey was extremely thorough, with potential risks clearly signposted and practical advice on how to improve the property set out in an easy to read report. We were expecting this latter part, and we’ll certainly be acting upon this advice to improve our new home.

Where we required further clarification, the Phonica surveyor was more than happy to discuss points raised after he issued the report at no extra cost.
