Amazing customer service from Phones Online. They gave great advice before and after buying from them.

I bought a refurbished phone and it is as-new. It cost half the price of a new one. It arrived next day also. Highly recommended company. I will buy again

I recently purchased a new phone from this company, phone is absolutely perfect, customer service when delivery was delayed was second to none. I would not hesitate to buy here again.
The only thing that let the whole experience down was the choice of delivery partner who will remain nameless in this review but who's service was atrocious in this case and should definitely be reconsidered as a delivery company.

Recently purchased a Samsung S23 from Phonesonline it was a pre owned in excellent condition phone and i have to say it was exactly as described not a mark or scratch anywhere could have come straight from Samsung .If i wanted to be picky i would mention delivery time an item advertised as in stock should not take 6 days from Greystones to North County Dublin even in the hands of An Post.

Excellent Customer Service from start to finish. I ordered a phone and it arrived next day. I needed help setting it up and called them to advise me. The man I spoke to was very knowledgeable and guided me through the process. I will be recommending them to my friends and family for their next phone.

Do not buy from this Man . I ordered a phone screen protector and cover at the cost of nearly £1,100 . I never received my phone or he won't issue me a refund back . Scamming people. I am now engaging in a Solicitor to get my money back from him . So dont be fooled like I was by him or you will be left with no product and your money taken from your Bank .

A great online company to deal with. Like some others I was a little unsure what I would get with a used phone, but it turned out fine which is why I waited before posting this review.

The phone arrived quickly and was in perfect condition as advertised. No problems to date, this is the second phone bought from this company with great savings.

I wanted to change to a different phone hours after ordering so I rang the number which was answered immediately , spoke with Karl who could not be more helpful . He cancelled the order without hesitation and I reordered a different which arrived promptly and as advertised .

Customer service team are Outstanding.
I had ordered a product then needed another type........emailed to request a revised order. This was done without any hassle. To top off that efficiency I made a mistake & the Customer Service team spotted it before rhe wrong product arrived!! Exceptional service. I cannot recommend this company enough.

Last time I ordered the wrong screen protector and they actually noticed (because of other items I had in the same order) so they emailed me before shipping to confirm and replaced it with the correct item.

Brilliant service, quality products and good value.

Purchased a phone this Christmas and a few days later it developed a fault. These guys were exceptionally helpful in responding to my emails even though they were on their holidays. They prepaid for the phone to be returned and I had a replacement within a week.
Excellent service and I am really happy with the phone. Its like new.

Hi, Always a bit dubious about ordering second hand items, more so a company i hadnt heard of. However the great thing is there in Ireland so no import taxes. Got phone within 2 working days. The phone i must say is if it was brand new. The cost was better than any other site and if your worried about payment they use paypal. Big Thank You a thumbs up from me. I would recommend.

The Samsung S9 phone cover is really nice and fits the phone perfectly and the price was super - saves me having to travel to town to get one. I am delighted with the next day delivery (by An Post) for €1.99. I must also thank PhonesOnline.ie for sending me the correct product. Because I placed an order for the S9 Plus - completely my mistake - and when I let them know by email to customer service afterwards they corrected my error before dispatch. I will definitely be using this company again.

The web was very easy to follow. The company has a variety of phones and brands that are not that common in Ireland, i.e. Xiaomi at competitive prices. Also Karl replied to my query really promptly. I'd buy from them again without hesitation

Speedy dispatch and delivery but terrible product.

The alcohol patch was totally dry when I opened it indicating this has been lying around for a long time.

The protector does not adhere to the screen with big air bubbles as you near the curve in the screen.

The phone does not respond to my finger taps after applying the protector as the air bubbles take up so much of the screen.

The cover implies that it glues to the phone screen, that is certainly not how this protector works ? unless what clue was once there dried out like the alcohol patch.

All in all a total waste of money and big disappointment.

EDIT: Refund applied promptly, still disappointed that the product was rubbish.

Purchased a brand new Phone Samsung S20+ in June 2021 from this FULLY IRISH company - who unlike others with an ie email address that actually are operating from abroad and all the issues that involves.
Phone received within 2 days and delighted with it.
Communication excellent either via an Irish landline or email. Would Highly recommend phonesonlie.ie
