Ordered a replacement screen and digitizer for my Moto G7. When I installed it it worked ok for about a week then started randomly dimming and going black which would require me to turn the screen off and back on again to recover. I checked that the connector was seated correctly and it is good so the problem is with the screen. I emailed them and reported the problem a couple of times but they never bothered to respond.
Moto Z4 Faulty Screen (digitizer)
Im fixing a Moto Z4 and I received the screen but I took it out of the packaging and the screen doesn’t work and has cracks underneath the screen (1st red flag). I paid for express 2-day shipping and it took 14 days to receive (2nd red flag) this has been the worst experience I have ever had with a phone repair company. If customer support ever gets back to me, I expect a full refund or a new screen because this is absolutely unacceptable. Says clearly on the package to not bend screen connection cord and it was already bent when I unpackaged it (3rd red flag) unless ‘PhoneRemedies’ fixes these issues then I’m going to continue to recommend to not shop with ‘PhoneRemedies’. I should have looked at everyone else’s experiences on TrustPilot here because it seems like a common issue with this company, sometimes apparently Mark will help, but until then I am not happy with this service.
