Lydiate Learning Trust introduced a structured phone-free school approach into our first secondary school in September 2025. After thorough market research, we selected Phone Locker pouches as a practical solution to support consistent implementation. We are a Japan-based non-profit organization that delivers outdoor experiential learning programs for children living in care homes aged 6 and above. As part of our ongoing commitment to safeguarding, we introduced Phone Locker® pouches in December 2025 across all of our programs as a practical step toward safer and more structured mobile phone use. Important consideration:
Despite the effectiveness of the system, it’s worth noting that some attendees tried to bypass the rule by bringing a second phone. We recommend implementing a double-check at security checkpoints or reminding staff to ask explicitly whether guests have more than one device.

Overall, we strongly recommend Phone Locker for any event aiming to restrict phone usage and create a fully present, distraction-free environment.

The Royal Court Theatre has an unwavering commitment to writers and with the recent launch of the Writers' Card Membership we knew we wanted to offer an environment for people to bring their whole self to their work. We are a Multi-Academy Trust based in Buckinghamshire, with a mix of primary and secondary school.

The University of Geneva has just started using Phonelocker lockable smartphone pouches, and we are delighted with the results for our students.
