(The following is not a complaint, but a suggestion - perhaps very subjective, and certainly minor: The interface on this rating page and the star rating panel in the reminder email that precedes it could maybe be better. When you select a star rating in the email it goes immediately to this page, on which the star rating re-appears, but it's 'dead'. The question then arises, 'Is this page now showing my rating, or is the rating system not working?' This could maybe lead to some raters not going further with their rating.)

Fast, reliable and just amazing!
As PS5 is out of stock almost everywhere, many scam websites appeared. That's why I was excessively worried about buying it on Phone Him. Everything seemed to be to good to be true 😀 Buuuut! I can't even describe how well everything went. I placed my order on Friday's evening and got my purchase on next Monday's evening. The box is not demaged or opened, PS is absolutely new.
So, who has the same trust issues as I do, I can confidently reassure you can trust this website!

As mentioned before, we are also reliant on the postal services. After the parcel has been collected, we don't have control anymore or influence the operations of PostNL. We are very sorry that your order delivered later than expected and the delivery kept pushing back. The investigation that we requested from PostNL shows that it was the specific driver was skipping your address as it wasn't on the route for the rest of the parcels that are out for delivery. In orde to compensate for the waiting, we gifted the Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro. We haven't heard from you back anymore, could you still reply to my colleague Jim for sending us the complaint letter so we can forward it to the postal services? Thanks in advance!

I received the package as fast as only…
I received the package as fast as only possible. I tried to order elswhere and always was runing into problems like "wait one more week". Here I got it in 3 days. Just exactly perfect. Costy nevertheless. But at least fair.
