Based in Ladera Ranch CA, our team of software engineers, programmers, and sales pros were united in a single mission – help people using the phone as a relationship-building and selling tool, to do it better. PhoneBurner is a technology company in practice. It’s a people business at heart. That means our dialer doesn’t call numbers at will, frustrate live answerers with abrupt recordings, or subject people to awkward pauses or connection delays. It simply helps salespeople be smarter, fresher, better organized, and more productive on the phone. More connections + Better connections = Superior results. The PhoneBurner team is positively committed to the users we serve. We strive to engage, support, and connect one-to-one. When a client tells us they love our platform, we want to know how we can make it even better. Our company also believes in making a connection with our local community and the world around us. Our yearly work with organizations like Miracles for Kids and Y-Malawi is some of the best work we do.

I have used Phoneburner on and off for…

I have used Phoneburner on and off for several years. Recently we entered a healthy growth mode and decided to add more users, and use additional features. While it is not cheap, it is highly effective, has great reporting functions, and keeps my day as manager of a team easier.

What prompted my review is their excellent customer service. I have been asking question after question for 3 weeks now, and always getting a quick and very helpful answer, with most times them simply going in and fixing things for me. This has resulted in an optimal running program quickly.

Too Expensive

Too expensive for what it is. I did prefer the setup compared to other dialing platforms. For $60-$70/mo it's great, $150 is too much.

Amazing company and tool. Good job guys!

I have experienced 0 bugs. Customer service has always been very polite and professional to me. They have always responded in a timely fashion. They have increased my production exponentially over the years. I like them better than VanillaSoft because it is very easy to use and I love how it works. The most user friendly possible. I'm ashamed I didn't have the decency to take 2 minutes to post a positive review for them a long time ago for all they and their system has done for me. This has been my experience. I would give them 10 stars if possible and I feel morally obligated to defend them. I love phoneburner. I am not an employee. I am an independant Health Insurance broker.

HORRIBLE company to work with

HORRIBLE company to work with. I asked why they are 4x the price of Vanillasoft which is their closest competitor, and the sales woman basically told me dont bother coming to them, stay where I am with that question, so i voiced my opinion obviously. Here is the comments from one of the owners, you can see how unprofessional these guys are. Everyone should sign up with Vanillasoft and use webhooks to connect, you will save a TON!!

"You were rude.

You seem happy with your current provider, I suggest you stay there.

I have canceled your trial account.

Hi, James.

Your communications with OUR team were totally disrespectful. Your “question” was actually a harassing accusation that we “knocked off” VanillaSoft’s platform, and you repeatedly insulted the rep who did her best to help you despite it.

Our (award-winning) team has nothing but respect for VanillaSoft, and treats customers with kindness and respect. They deserve nothing less in return.

The tone you took was shameful from the start, so I said that, and recommended you stay with your current provider. I stand by that.

Good Idea, Bad Excecution.

I cannot deny the uptick in productivity we achieved with this tool, but its coupled with consistent bugs in their platform and some of the worst support I have ever experienced. And I'm constantly wondering whether the time we spend troubleshooting and playing tug of war with support eat all of the time we saved using this program.
