Lightening Quick Solutions
My line got cut because of a payment failure. I was able to update my payment info and their customer service rep confirmed it, charged my card and my account was restored within minutes. They have reliable & fast customer service.
What a horrible company
What a horrible company. I made the purchase and tried to test it for the first time. It didn't work when I tried to call it from Europe.
I thought it is clearly a mistake because while I can understand not being able to make long distance calls, receiving them should not be an issue.
How wrong I was. Their support, if you can call it that, stated it wouldn't work for me. This means anyone calling from outside their area won't get through which is of course concerns me because it makes it look like I'm not a proper business.
So I thought failed attempt, it won't work for me, so I'll ask for a refund. Nope. They don't give refunds. Even though they can't offer me the service I want, they just took my money with no apology.
I've now had to lick my wounds and consider that money gone, but I took it upon myself to warn the world of what a crappy little company this is. Use a company like Sonetel instead, their services actually work and they've been great.

I have been using Phone2 to make calls from Central America to Canada this year. Previously I had been using SKYPE but it is now terminated and not available. After researching several options, I decided to try Phone 2 and have been satisfied not only with the software, but also with the quick replies from Phone2 staff when I have asked for help, both during setup earlier this year and today, when I was having an audio problem. Thank you Phone2.

Reliable business phone with Slack
Reliable business phone with a few minor flaws. I've been using Phone2 for about 3 months. Great for having multiple phone numbers in a single platform. The web app is amazing, and the Slack integration was easy to connect. For other phone systems that integrate with Slack, Phone2 is the best deal. Will continue using and highly recommend.

Good for US numbers outside the country
This has been helpful for phone and text outside the USA. I appreciate that I don't have to have a US phone number or expensive plan while living in Europe, but can can still get connected for a low fee. Also no spam--even though it is a US number.

Easy to use! As an international customer, I love this app as it allows me to stay connected to my USA bank and retailers. having this app gives me access to 2 factor authentication where it would be otherwise impossible.

They advertise $7 per month. But then their "pricing" page shows ONLY a "Pro Plan" for $18/month. Which apparently does NOT include outgoing SMS, as promised for the Pro plans, without an extra $1.50 per month, according to the fine print?
A quick search of their knowledge base shows a button "Plans & pricing" that leads to a page that very pleasantly says "You give us your money so, we want to be as transparent as possible🫰" but then gives ZERO information about pricing, saying only "This category is empty. Try another one".
This would be funny if it weren't so scammy.

Don't know anything about their product. But in first 2 minutes of signing up they charged me over 130 for items I did not request and are refusing to refund the money. Basically stole my money. Enter at your own risk you have been warned.

Great customer service
I live in Mexico but my banking and other business interests remain in Canada and the US. I maintain a Canadian cell number but the roaming fees are ridiculously high. Following the dismantling of Skype, I turned to Phone 2 for my long distance calls. Initially I had a minor issue involving dropped calls. I found customer service to be prompt thorough and efficient. I would recommend this service 100%.
They stole money
They stole money. I post here on Sep 16th, they reply it here, but still not solved my refund, because “Alexander” says, it doesnt apply because their Phone2 Worksperfectly. I’m surprised How complicated is for them to refund $18 USD, it reflects How Cheap is their Company. Please AVOID This and look for other solution. Customer Care is so important as the service/product you buy.
Always dropped calls.
I Always have dropped calls no matter when or who I call. Very frustrating. If you want to make a quick couple of minutes call it's probably ok. I however get constant dropouts if I talk longer than a couple of minutes. Also, thought I was getting a monthly billing but no, they charged my card for a whole year! I wouldn't recommend this company.
A great service for a good price.
I replace my MagicApp service with Phone2. Phone 2 has a better compatibility wend it comes to messages from banks and other service that requiere you to have a phone number for two factor authentication. The quality of the call service is very good. The only thing that is little weird for me is the interface, I still not use to have the messages and calls in the same list. The other thing you have to be aware is that they do not activate the ability to send SMS/MMS with your regular fare, you have to pay a yearly fee for a 10DLC registration.
