Safe and professional service. Highly recommend!
Purchased an old safe and needed some information, the company responded very quickly and I can only say how impressed I am with the service and information provided by Peter. A good service in this day and age deserves recognition Many thanks
Had an issue with quite an old Phoenix safe - somehow managed to 'lock it out'.
As it was so old there was little, or no paperwork, to be seen so spoke with Chloe and Rebecca.
They were both super helpful and went out of there way to ensure we could access the safe very quickly.
Very impressed with the customer experience and very grateful to them both.
I wanted to order an extra spare key because one of mine is starting to bend. They aren’t able to send me a cut key but are able to send me a blank key. I am very happy about that. Thank you very much for your assistance.
Our school had an issue with a key safe cabinet which stopped locking and opening correctly.
After contacting the company, I was given very clear and helpful troubleshooting instructions.
As this didn't solve the issue, an extremely helpful member of staff arranged for replacement parts to be sent to us, free of charge.
Excellent customer service.
Fab customer service, i asked about getting extra key hooks for a safe and some just appeared in the post.
ordered a safe from this company it came with a key that didn't open the safe. contacted them they sent me the same key did not work again third time I asked them what I should do now and they said I have to get the safe opened up by a locksmith to change the barrel its a brand new safe. lol. i even offered to send the safe back to them on my expense . at the end I got so annoyed I told them they can have it back for free but I rather throw it in the bin nearly £150 wasted. better off.

If I could give a minus number I would. I have been waiting for an urgent delivery that did not arrive in the 3 working days. They promised to dispatch a key directly to my home at the weekend as the first delivery did not arrive. I waited in all weekend for this alleged delivery, it did not arrive either. I am now waiting on an alleged third delivery... if they could just give a realistic time frame or even send things out when they say that they have it would not cause all this stress!
Had a phoenix safe at my business now for 6 years and it is still going strong. We had a problem recently with an incorrect code. Phoenix's customer service was amazing, striking the right balance between security and service. Can definitely recommend.
