Be cautious about using platform GEM
I was a GEM subscriber via this above company from late 2023 through 2025. During that time, I faced constant lockouts from the platform due to failed payment processing on their system. Despite raising these issues multiple times, the matter was never permanently resolved. Each time I was locked out, I had to chase support to regain access.
Instead of constructive solutions, I received repeated demands for payment, often without acknowledgment of the access issues I had raised. This culminated in threats of legal action over disputed arrears, even though I had limited or no reliable access to the service for many months.
In my professional view, this is not how a customer-focused business should operate. Transparency, fair communication, and timely problem-solving were lacking throughout my experience. I encourage potential customers to be aware of these challenges before signing up.
