The worst customer Service !

We have been using many different e-commerce shopping carts for my websites. And the most unrecommended company is Zoovy.com. 5 years with Zoovy.com, due to unable to transfer my website to other hosting,since Zoovy.com doesn't support FTP. My main issue is their Customer Support is the worst ever. Especially Zoovy.com new billing department of "Darci". She is very rude & closed our account before billing cycle end with no credit issued.... Surprisingly this company still in business. Beware !!
