Straightforward service, office staff are friendly/helpful if there's ever been an issue and window cleaners are always respectful of the office/etc.

Came on time, did exactly what was requested. The team were polite and approachable. would use again if required.

Started very well. Some issues that required sorting, totally ignored my requests for return to rectify. How terribly disappointing.

The team were friendly on arrival and also on time and they worked hard (even in the rain). But most importantly they did a fantastic job.

They cleaned the windows in my new house. They did a flawless job, not a smudge. The windows were very dirty to start, and look perfectly clean now. I can see now! Friendly and came out quickly when I called.

Had my windows and gutters done today for the first time with PCC, from the minute Brad and Jordan arrived they were very friendly and professional, previously we have had a ‘traditional’ window cleaner who never seemed to get the windows ‘clean’ wow what a difference today has made, Brad and Jordan have done an amazing job and my windows are sparkling. Let’s move on to the gutters - wow where did all that dirt come from 🙈 they are now as clean as a whistle.

Anybody can clean windows but a company that turns up on time every time is surprisingly rare. I have heard it all van broke, slept in, my wife had a baby, it was raining etc etc. With PCC there are no exceptions save one if the weather is so cold the water freezes on the glass. Add to that Paul and the team are friendly and helpful and I ask what is not to like, well done men (and lady)
