Great company to work with. Recommend !

Originally I wrote a review with 1 star, I think they saw it and got back with me quick.
They do have pretty bright people manning customer support that don’t know anything about the product. One of those bright people did a smart thing and ask someone that do know.
I finally received the right cables. Was able to finally hook it up.
Whatever is not compatible will make the system reboot
It’s an android system so you can download it very thing you need from google play
Can’t change the clock or the vehicle image on the main screen.
It’s stupid to have a jeep compass on the screen when this is supposed to be for a tacoma

I had a 12.5" stereo installed in my 2012 RAM 3500 HD at their Walnut location. While the installation looked good initially, there were several problems:

- The microphone didn't work for phone calls. It took them many messages and a software update to fix this, but other issues remained.
- The air conditioner controls never worked, total chaos.
- The SIM data card only worked with a few apps.
- The text on the native Android 12 apps was too small to read (Android Auto worked fine).
- The system settings showed my car model as unsupported.
- After the installation, the rear door window controls stopped working from the door.

The company refused to address these remaining problems. I am suing them for the cost of the stereo, installation, restoring the original stereo by a dealer, and my other expenses.

It was a great experience, fast and painless five stars!

The experience at first was a bit difficult, however, once I got in contact with customer service and help from tech support - everything just went by so smoothly. They were incredibly patient with me as well, waiting for me to connect everything which is what took the longest from this whole experience. I sincerely appreciate the help!
