Overall a good program

Overall a good program, the labs need to be better QA’ed, and updated. The university should give everyone the same AI tools to use, and not subject students to instructor’s who uses advanced AI checkers, so that the students and instructor do not have to do battle!1,

Friendly and professional

The frequent check ins from faculty and friendly professors made this experience pleasant. Whenever I had a question my calls and emails were answered quickly and professionally. Professors were very kind and worked with me if I had any questions or delays (like Hurricane Helene). Overall, this program required a lot of work but friendly faculty and staff made the process smoother.

They Steal Ed Funds

If I could give negative stars, I would. I had an issue with my financial aid being verified after classes were paid for and finished. My ID had expired and they needed a new copy. I loaded to their website, but they had a technical error and it didn't load on their end. We got it figured out. That was in September 2025. I was attending my last class and they refused to release funds. I have called at least 15 times to see the status with no avail. To this date they still have not released the funds. I graduated in October. I received a notice a week ago that I owe back almost 8 thousand dollars because of something with a tax filing thing that was never discussed. Today I received notice they are moving my outstanding balance to collections. Where is my financial aid and my loan money that was accepted and I have proof of from FAFSA? Go anywhere else.
