There is no transparency on the product…
There is no transparency on the product cost and you don't know how much the order will be until after you pay. I find this strange. Also, it automatically renews, unless you carefully navigate through the system after your initial order is processed so you can turn this off. However, they have always been quick to respond to any questions.

Site is good, delivery integrity needs work
Interactions with the site have been great. The problem is that the medication needs to be refrigerated and it is shipped with no instructions to be kept cold. It is stored at room temperature if you miss the delivery so the expensive product can be compromised.
