Fudge is always great. Due to extremely hot weather in Ontario product had melted somewhat and only 1 salted Carmel was affected in taste, melted chocolate in luster. Reply was speedy and credit app... See more

Winner of 13 culinary awards and maned fudge company in Canada, well worth the price for this premium hand made treat
Really delicious, creamy a real treat, the texture and creaminess are excellent
Order confirmation was Dec. 2. Hadn't received order by the the end of December, so I emailed company. On January 2, I received an email stating that my order would be shipped not later than January 23 and I would be notified if there were delays. January 28, I sent another email requesting an update. Nothing. I posted on their FB page requesting info. They made a general posting about being in 'beast mode' and orders were being shipped out and confirmations sent via email. It is now February 8 and I have not received my order, a confirmation of shipping nor any other communication. I understand there had been an ownership transfer, but this level of customer service will kill a business. I've ordered from Phil's for gifts since 2021, but this has really soured me on their sweets.
It was fine but the order took longer than usual and I had no way of tracking once it was sent. I didn't particularly want to add a new APP to my phone in order to track.
I have not tried anything yet, it won't be till Christmas. Delivery was good.
I love your fudge and every year I make fudge for Christmas gifts but this year, after a severe surgery, and a stroke the next day, I was unable to complete my gifts. I have enjoyed your fudge over the years and was grateful you were still making fantastic flavours. My only issue was that there’s a reason Canada Post is not a chosen shipping method. They are too slow and even when not on strike, it takes them more than a week to deliver 90 minutes away so my fudge was on trucks and in warehouses far too long and caused stress. But…I was thrilled to get my many flavours for my favourite people.
It's been over 2 weeks and I still haven't received it ,.
You honestly need to tell people that it can take over a week to fill their orders .
I ordered on November 26th it's now December 15 and the shipping company that picked it up on Dec. 8th keeps saying it's in transit , and every day delivery gets pushed back by one day , First Dec, 11th , then 12th , then 15, then 16th then 1uth now Dec 18 , you need a new shipper also 👎.
I have been buying Phils fudge for several years for my husband for his birthday, Christmas and on our Anniversary. It’s always fresh and it’s so yummy. Phil has such a big variety of fudge and always coming up with new ideas. He has excellent customer service. We live in Ontario and he ships it to us from Alberta. My husband loves his fudge but when I order it for him I tend to sneak some for me…it’s that good. Thanks Phil!!

I have purchased from Phil's for many years but moved a couple of times and forgot about them. Someone in the Retirement Home I live in bought some fudge from a local store. That reminded me of Phil's delicious fudge. I have ordered some as Christmas gifts for my new friends.
Have not received the order December 11.still waiting patiently.. Not your fault
You want a review? I'd like the fudge I ordered to maybe show up sometime. And before you start about black Friday got real busy we ordered a week before! So I give you one star because zero isn't an option. Keep in mind we went from 4-5orders a year just a few short years ago to once a year because of this exact same problem constantly happening! Maybe find a different courier that can do the job.
Your fudge is the best, we live in Ontario, and all our family loved your fudge last year at Christmas, so ordered more this year for Christmas.
The fudge has such a creamy taste to it, we live it.
The personalized thank you message written on my invoice made my day!
It has been a sad year with the loss of Ma’s best friend/our Uncle Paul. Your fudge was always part of our Christmas gifts from him and I decided that I would surprise Ma and the sister with a touch of love and memory. ❤️
