I cannot recommend Larissa from Phillips and Stubbs highly enough. I recently rented a property as a second home in Camber Sands, through Phillips and Stubbs. The property was as marketed, with no surprises. From my first contact with her, Larissa, the Property Manager, was warm and helpful. I haven’t rented a property in a long time and Larissa clearly explained everything and helped me throughout the process. I particularly liked the fact that Larissa was honest and helpful without being pushy. At the same time she was quick to respond to queries and to progress the matter once I had decided I wanted to proceed. Larissa’s aftercare has been phenomenal. She has gone well over and above to ensure that I’m happily settled and has swiftly helped me to resolve any issues arising. Fantastic service!

Mine was a drawn-out process lasting months in obtaining a mortgage to buy a house in Rye with Phillips and Stubbs. Enough to try anyone's patience. Throughout Kim was exceedingly helpful and supportive in what was a stressful time. Full marks to the entire crew who have all been most thoughtful. This is a lovely office.

I have known Phillps and Stubbs for many years, as I had several conversations with them in 2009 when I was researching buying a holiday cottage at Camber Sands. They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the local area and, although I did not end up buying through them because i bought a new build from a developer, I always remembered their professionalism.

When I needed an agent to rent a property out in the area, I immediately thought of them, and the service I received was truly excellent.

The property was marketed very quickly, showing it's best attributes, and the viewings started to be booked. With a matter of days, I had an offer at the full asking price from a young professional couple who wanted to put down roots in the area.

The tenancy on-boarding process was quick and efficient, and most importantly, the communication by Lettings Manager Ed was top notch. I was kept informed every step of the way and my questions were answered promptly.

I work with a lot of agents all over the UK to manage my investment properties, but Phillips and Stubbs outshone most of them with their excellent service and efficient communication.

All the staff I have encountered are helpful and friendly, but, most importantly, they know and love their area and can advise accordingly while at the same time providing a very efficient and professional service.

Phillips and Stubbs represent the very best of professional standards in estate and lettings in my opinion, and I am more than happy to recommend them.
